Great location and nice big digs but ..
We loved the location and the weekly cleaning by a lovely woman was great. Many things that are listed on the website at that time were missing or like the TV no local channels. When we requested things to be fixed etc she never responded promptly and when she did she accused us of being complainers. Other reviewers have reported the people in the house next door watch TV (outside) late and are noisy and that is very true too. Very small air conditioner in big living room that always showed needed cleaning (this can be dangerous for health) and she refused to solve that problem. (She did send a repair man who said it made no sense to fix and needed to be replaced ($ 250 for such a small one) (She said she was planning to replace them so I assume she didn't want to fix our problems) Guests would remark on the loud sound. I cleaned the filter once myself but it immediately said cleaning required and looking inside it was terrible. if we wanted to watch TV or sleep at night we had to turn off that air conditioner it was so loud . The kitchen chair feet would fall off and I repaired it myself and asked for reimbursement for the replacement felt feet but she never did it Amenities Internet - good TV - initially with Apply TV but not local stations - switched to Roku and YouTubeTV = good Washer & Dryer - shared by all apartments General Air Conditioning 2 window units one old and VERY LOUD Linens Provided - nice quality Towels Provided - nice quality Iron & Board - very small Refrigerator moldy freezer compartment, non functioning ice and cold water and broken drawer in the refrigerator Stove/Oven - not level but OK No hot mitts which she sent later. Grill - shared with all apartments, filthy dirty and no gas. Coffee Maker - yes Toaster - not when we arrived Dishes & Utensils dishes some limited and pots missing lids etc She did later provide a decent knife set complaining though DVD Player not when arrived (I had to install it) Games None Outdoor Features - Deck / Patio, shared on ground level - one bench Summary: Good location, lots of space, amenities good, if air conditioner fixed it could be MUCH better! We enjoyed the place and location but felt she resented our requests for the missing / broken issues.

Hi! I've lived in St. Petersburg for the last 10 years and I love it!! It's such a beautiful place with something ALWAYS going on. Living on the water brings balance and tranquility to my life.

Love is an important part of my philosophy and I couldn’t imagine my life without the things in my life which I love. As a child, my family had a Chihuahua. Chihuahuas, and dogs in general, help to keep me grounded. They are there for me 100% of the time and will always wag their tail when they see me, no matter what kind of day I’ve had! I have three Chihuahuas – Bailey (11), Bentley (6), and Bruiser (4.5). They’re my three musketeers and I love them like crazy!

I am an adventurer and traveler. I love to explore new areas, new cultures and new foods. I believe this world was created for our enjoyment and I want to discover and experience as much of it as I can. I feel most connected with God when I’m outdoors, especially at or near the ocean. There is simply something powerful and respectable about the essence and magnitude of the ocean.

As a student of life, I never take myself so seriously as to miss out on an opportunity to learn and I certainly try to remember that there is always more to learn than I ever will. In the spiritual sense, I believe that people’s religion and spiritual beliefs should be respected and our differences should be a point of celebration.

Also connected to my sense of spirituality is my love of a healthy lifestyle, and in particular, healthy eating. I love to eat healthy. It makes me feel good to support local growers by buying local and organic produce.

In short, I am a simple, caring girl who loves life, love and adventure!

Why they chose this property

There are many areas of St. Petersburg, but this area is one of my favorites. There's a walking trail around Crescent Lake and is one of the most pleasant and peaceful walks, especially in the evening as the sun is setting. Home are historic and have an enormous amount of charm. Neighbors are friendly - always out walking their dogs. You're close to everything - shopping, dining, downtown, Rays stadium, the interstate, which will take you anywhere you want to go in a matter of minutes. The location is one of the best in St. Petersburg!

What makes this property unique

This property is full of so much CHARM! It's historic but has been renovated to have the modern amenities and up to date furnishings. The location is fantastic being so close to the interstate and downtown. You can walk to Crescent Lake and enjoy the beautiful walking trail around the lake.
