We are a couple who enjoys lovingly restoring historic properties. We have lived in and grown with St. Petersburg for over 10 years and are passionate about sharing our corner of the world.
Why they chose this property
In this property you will experience a neighborhood that few St. Pete natives know exist - despite its beauty and close proximity to the vibrant Downtown. Here you will enjoy being part of The city’s first historic district living among beautiful architecture, mature native plants, a hilly park, and friendly neighbors. The property is a mother-in-law suite built in 1915 and has been renovated to meet modern comforts. The decor is meant as a nod to everything that makes St. Pete so special: sunny outdoor living, a rich history, an active art scene, and a lot of fun!
