Great location for event we were attending at the Vinoy, quick walk. Near all kinds of restaurants and bars. Top location for downtown. Place was great with everything you needed in place. We had a great week here would definitely stay again if we had another event in that area of town.

This apartment in Old Northeast is lovely! Very clean, quiet, comfortable and well-stocked. It is also walkable to most of downtown and a very quick drive to the beach. The host Chris was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We had a lovely time and would definitely stay here again.

An absolute gem! We had a wonderful stay, this place was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect, nestled in a beautiful neighborhood with very friendly neighbors. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating. We will definitely be back!

Chris' stay is nothing short of perfection. I traveled there on my own & felt safe and absolutely loved the location. The property is exceptionally clean & organized with everything you can need. The wifi is great & the ac units worked wonderfully. It is a 5-10 minute walk to Vinoy park & the st pete pier which i ran to every day. The neighbors are very friendly & it is a beautiful street to be located on. I even walked to downtown most nights. Ubers were very short rides to get around and were no problem. Beach is about a 15 minute ride. Highly recommended this stay & would return again in a heartbeat.
