Property Manager Needed
I was there for 3 months for approximately 4,000/month. The grounds of the complex were very nice with every amenity you can imagine. There were lovely water views. The neighborhood off Coquina Key was not so nice,When I arrived the back patio had a number of broken pieces of wicker furniture, apparently from the hurricane from the previous Fall. I had to move all of it away from the condo due to the painting of the building. The back door could only be closed by slamming it, shaking the glass. After approximately 5 days someone came to fix it. The main TV did not work. A technician had to come and was unable to get to the cable needed to fix the problem. Initially, the owner sent a fire stick. We sent a photo of inexpensive SMART tv’s at Walmart and the following day she sent one. The bathtub was clogged when I arrived which I took care of, but it and the sink became clogged again. Another technician had to come for that. The carbon monoxide alarm went off one night and there were no batteries to change it. The owner had a neighbor bring one over. The fronts of the sofas were dirty, and the toilet had some kind of rust stain that couldn’t be cleaned. There were a few other things that were not working but they were inconsequential. The beds were comfortable. In my opinion, all these things should have been handled and fixed before a 3 month renter took occupancy. Perhaps I expected too much for 4000/month but prospective renters can determine that.
