It was a great stay. We were able to prepare dishes in the kitchen to take to our family gathering. Also, it was convenient to have a washer/dryer in the condo. And for such a large complex, we were surprised at how quiet it was at night. But the view from the balcony was the overall favorite, it was stunning especially at sunset!

Comfort with Great Location and Views

Waterside South is a secure condo complex surrounded by water. There's plenty to do on-site and it's only 15 minutes by car to downtown St Petersburg. The condo is well-outfitted. The small washer/dryer is especially convenient. There is a sunny, south-facing balcony overlooking a canal with views out to Little Bayou.

Wonderful stay

Very, very comfortable stay. Vince was exceptionally easy to work with and very prompt to correct an issue with the fridge. I might suggest replacing the pots & pans as they had seen better days - yet they did not deter us from cooking most of our meals in the unit. I’d also love to see a couple of pub height chairs to replace the two very worn lawn chairs on the balcony so one can sit at the pub table and better enjoy the beautiful view. Outside of those couple of suggests…. We had a lovely stay and hope to return

Enjoy the gated, safe, and clean complex.

Comfortable condo w great sunset views. Had all the essentials for my 3 month stay. The amenities are an added bonus.. There is constant upkeep in keeping the area beautiful. Unfortunately this did involve some construction going on to balconies during my stay. As someone who works nights it was disturbing at times. It’s necessary work tho. My only recommendation would be black out curtains for us night shift workers or those who like to sleep in.

We stayed at the property with another couple. The four of us had a wonderful time. The Bay view was marvelous and made the stay a wonderful relaxing visit. The property was spotless and was fully equipped with any and everything you could possibly need!!! Great Stay! Strongly recommend.

Beware! Owner does not follow HOA rules.

Nice place and community but owner did not follow HOA rules. Needed gate pass for entire stay but property management did not want to give us one because owner rented out the condo without following rules such as background checks and pet policy. Beware!

From making the reservation to checkout, the entire process and stay went smoothly. The location is a hidden paradise. Christina was a great communicator.
