Take in the beautiful view from the balcony of this fully furnished second-floor condo, situated in the gated community of Waterside North. Relax on the balcony and enjoy the stunning sunsets and wildlife pass by.
This bright and spacious condo has a king-size bed in the bedroom and a queen-size fold-out sofa in the living room, accommodating up to 4 guests. Enjoy entertainment with 55" Smart TVs in the living room and bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, and a separate workspace with a desk doubles as a guest area with a blow-up twin bed. Recent upgrades include hurricane-proof windows as well as a stackable washer and dryer that are conveniently located in the unit. With an abundance of natural light, and plenty of storage and closet space, this condo has everything you need for an extended stay while working from home or relaxing and discovering all that St. Pete has to offer.
The community features a large heated pool, fitness center, clubhouse, dog park, ample onsite parking, tennis courts, and nicely maintained grounds surrounding a lagoon. Located just 7 minutes from downtown St. Pete shops, museums, and restaurants. Also close to Eckerd College, USF College, Johns Hopkins Hospital and 8 miles from the beautiful white-sand beaches on the gulf side.
** In order to enjoy the security and great amenities that this property's community offers, a tenant application and background check are required 3 weeks prior to arrival. These are a requirement of the community. The HOA charges a fee of $100 for an application fee and $50 for background check (these are not included in the VRBO booking amount).
