The location was perfect, the condo was very roomy and the fact that it was pet friendly was icing on the cake.Tatiana is an exceptional host, very organized and accommodating, and is great at communicating with you in a timely manner if any questions arise during your stay.
The location was really perfect for us. We used the dock a lot for reading and hanging. The place was very clean and basic. (Bed, couch, table, washer dryer, microwave and dishwasher.) If you plan to cook here, bring everything you need. Chanda was great!
The pictures are very deceptive. The acomodations are sparse, the unit is dirty, dark and barely adequate. The dock is across the street and neither private nor accomodating.

The owner refunded us part of our money because we didn't get what we thought was advertised. The dock is down the street from the actual place which it looked like in the pics it was right on property. It was clean but needed to be decorated more and stocked in the kitchen with more utensils etc. Wasn't very homey.
The host is very quick to respond, unit was clean, bed was comfortable, kitchen was all brand new and stocked with essentials. Lots of parking (I brought a Seadoo & had easy access to parking & flushing out after riding). Overall considering a bad hurricane hit last year, this area has recovered well. I would definitely stay here again, thanks for the hospitality!!!!
The host was responsive when we couldn’t get in at first due to spotty internet connectivity. Make sure to screenshot address and how to open door. Lovely location across the street from Salt Creek, which connects the Little and Big Bayous. Very pretty sunrises. Though we didn’t use the kayaks, they were accessible, despite the dock being under construction. There was a sensor light outside that was tuning on every 5 minutes (at least) throughout the first night and shined directly into the bedroom. We were unsure if it was due to the light wind that that was moving the palm leaves..? The second night was much better. The unit is in close proximity to downtown St. Pete and other scenic places & attractions. If staying for longer than one night, bring extra towels, washcloths, sheets, etc. Otherwise, there is a washer & dryer located nextdoor. We were unsure how long it was since the previous guests’ stay was, but didn’t seem there was a thorough cleaning done on the unit. The small quaint location is perfect for a couple people and has all basic needs. If you’re seeking fancy, look elsewhere. This is simple place to land your head.
