About this property

This is an adult only private luxury home 30 minutes from Tampa Airport , nestled between Clearwater, St Petersburg and close to the beautiful gulf beaches! Our home sit’s on 1 acre of natural Florida landscaping.
Guests have private entrance to your suites with full bath, mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave, large cable tv, free wi fi and internet access, use of large salt water pool, gas grill, private sunbathing area, 2 outdoor fire pits with plenty of seating areas. We do provide gas for the Gas Grill, coin laundry and ice located in the garage. We have firewood for $7 bundled.
This room does not open up to the pool this room is in the front of the house. The room that opens to the pool is the West Wing.
Jeff and I live on site so if you need anything we are always available, but also leave you alone for your privacy!
The beach is 2 miles away, the closest is Indian shores.
Our home has 3 suites available, all with the same amenities, so if you are traveling with other couples or friends it's the perfect place. We can host up to 6 people at a time.
You can start your morning with some coffee k cups provided along with my local favorite super mini island rum cakes!
We have been known as clean freaks, we wash all bedding, including quilts, pillow shams, and blankets between every guest. You can rest easy knowing this!

An oasis

Fabulous!

Wonderful and Beachy

Nice private property close to beaches. Room is simple but clean and beach themed. Bed tv bath shower plenty of closet space. Nice firepit area to sit in the evening. Gardens are awesome and it feels like you’re in the jungle. Pool was a little cool so we didn’t swim but it was nice. Hosting as nice and responsive as could possibly be. I highly recommend this rental.

Poor water heater

Overall, this was an enjoyable experience. Our frustrations are concerning the water heater. I have no idea who all is sharing the same water heater at this property, but throughout the entire weekend only one of us had a hot shower on one occasion, and the rest of the showers were just warm, one of them being completely cold.

Location Was Perfect

We came to town to visit family and attend a class reunion. The green room was very clean, decorated with island decor, and suited our needs for a 3-night visit. We will definitely stay again in the future. And the Island Rum c\ Cake was delicious.

Lovely Getaway w/privacy

I absolutely loved this place. The room and amenities were just as described. The rum cakes waiting for us were delicious, the stocked bathroom and bedroom were fantastic and everything we needed. The pool was the perfect temperature, pool floaties, bug spray, and sunscreen all on site. The property was beautifully landscaped with fun wildlife around and wonderful ambiance. Beautiful grounds, Easy-going check-in, close to everything!

My fiancée and I stayed here for a three-night stay. We frequent the area as we are considering moving down in the near future. The stay here was amazing. The grounds were beautiful! The landscaping, the pool, the firepit circle was all so inviting and comfortable. Upon entering our room, the first thing we noticed were two pieces of rum cake. We both found that to be an extremely warming gesture. The room was cleaned spotless and smelled great. The bathroom was clean with plenty of towels and washcloths for after beach showers. The bed was extremely comfortable, we rested very well. Check-in and checkout instructions were clearly listed on the wall. They were easy to follow! Overall, this stay was top tier! If you are visiting the area I would 100% recommend this humble abode!

Super relaxing get away

Quiet, relaxing, super clean. Loved the salt water pool as we were in a heat wave. There are three rentals on site and we were the only guests at the time so it was truly delightful.

The Green room

FUN N THE SUN TRIP

Lynne is an amazing communicator, willing to help & answer any questions. If you forget something, Lynne has put it in the unit! The bed is comfy, loved we could swim at night when we finished our busy day. Beach chairs, cooler, ice...all provided! Location, location, location! Great spot, so close to the Gulf! Clean, Quiet & Relaxing

My husband & I stayed a couple nights before traveling south. It was just what we were looking for. A peaceful quiet setting where we could rest up and explore the local area. The Green Room is exactly as described and impeccably clean. The host, Lynne, was quick to respond to all our questions and she includes a helpful list of restaurants & places to go to. We did not use the pool during our stay, but it was just as described and was very inviting. If you’re staying in the Clearwater area, this little gem is highly recommended!

Awesome Vacation

Lynne & Jeff were amazing hosts, and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The property is just as described in their description and we enjoyed our two week stay immensely. We stayed in the Green Room and it was supplied with just about anything you would need. It was nice to have laundry facilities and free ice available, along with a beautiful pool and lovely property. We highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a quiet place to relax, which is also very close to the beach and shopping. Best Place To Stay!

This location is in a quiet neighborhood. The rooms are very nice with everything you need. The shower was large and HOT water. Beautiful area. Nice pool. And the rum cakes are worth the trip on their own. Planning on returning to this wonderful place!

Feels like our own!

My wife and I are in the process of building our own guest house close by to this one. We know what we want, but our family staying here helped us figure out what works better for hospitality and visitors. I could see us modeling a lot of things after Lynne and Jeff. They are great at what they do and this place is awesome. A few things - plenty of hot water in shower, comfy bed, loved the shower wand, bathroom has toiletries (body wash, lotions, etc), huge closets, good lighting, air conditioner (although a little noisy), beautiful grounds/pool area, and "footed" coffee mugs eliminated the need for coasters. :) Well worth the money. LOVE IT

I grew in a small town in upstate New York called Le Roy, we moved to Geneseo in 1973 where I met my husband Jeff. we came to Florida to visit his Grandmother and had such an awesome time, we knew we wanted to live here. I have been in the hospitality business for years. When our 2 sons moved out we wanted to downsize and move but we would never find a house or piece of property anywhere in the county. We decided to take a chance and convert the 3 bedrooms each with full baths into vacation rentals. So far it's going great, the only thing I can say is that it's hard to say goodby when you meet such wonderful people.
