Very clean. Stocked with everything we needed for our little cozy getaway. We enjoyed cooking our breakfasts together and having breakfast on the little balcony. The bed was super comfy. Added extras were nice even down to dish soaps, and laundry supplies. Host was easy reachable and pleasant.

We stay at The Avalon every year when visiting family in Clearwater. The property is wonderfully maintained, and it was really crowded this year, but the property managers kept the place clean and running smoothly. The condo is small, the smallest I have seen there, but it was priced really well. The only issue was ants in the kitchen; we just learned not to keep any food on the sink counter and keep a very tidy space. The apartment is dated (original cabinets, tub, and fixtures), but still worth the price in my opinion. The apartment was clean, stocked with towels, and beach chairs. Definitely a must if going to FL on a budget.

Perfect spot - cozy stat

The condo was perfect- everything we needed. Beautiful pool area . About 10 minutes to Beaches. Grocery store nearby. We really enjoyed our stay . If , you love gardens - DONT miss the Sunken Garden in St. Petes .

Edith was awesome. Any questions or something needed she was right on it.This location was great in the complex, right up front, easy for Uber rides. The place was good for 2 people.. We had friends in the complex, it was hard to have them over for dinner, as it had the island with 2 bar stools. We had to bring in the small patio set from outside. Also some steak knives and a better large knife would be good. All an all it a good place to stay.
