A great vacation getaway in Florida for you, your family, and friends! Our unit is spacious, comfortable and clean. The balcony offers a truly fantastic view of the intercoastal waterway—a feast for the eyes. You’ll find plenty of relaxing activities in the immediate area, including fishing, cruising, dining, and swimming. And, we’re just short walk away from the beach! There’s a beautiful, heated pool and a dock for fishing. Or if you prefer, just relax by the water and watch the birds & dolphins!

The condo is located in a pleasantly quiet, peaceful area, with friendly neighbors. This condo is in the end building so it provides even more privacy and more views! This unit is very well maintained & supplied. There is assigned underground parking plus guest parking.
The unit is on the second (top) floor. There is no elevator in the building. There 2.5 flights of stairs to the unit.
For your convenience, there is a washer & dryer in the unit. Free local & long distance phone, extended cable TV, and WiFi are included. This is a non-smoking unit. We require a 7 night minimum stay.

COVID-19 INFO: ALL THE SURFACES (counters, tables, nightstands, etc) IN THE UNIT ARE DISINFECTED WITH 70% ALCOHOL.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:
a) For rental term less than 2 weeks full refund (100%) will be issued if cancelled 30 days prior to rental start day.
b) For rental term more than 2 weeks full refund (100%) will be issued if cancelled 60 days prior to rental start day
Otherwise refund amount will depend on owner’s ability to find another renter for the same period. This will be handled on a case by case basis.
COVID-19 SECTION:
Full refund will be issued for 1 week (or shorter) rental if cancelled 14 days prior to rental start day.
