The place is really clean and lovely. Very family friendly had everything you could need down to beach stuff which was really nice. Great location, felt safe! The host Was also super nice and amazing and answered fast if had any questions! I would definitely stay here again!

Outstanding stay in Clearwater – highly recommend!We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property in Clearwater. The apartment was first-class in every way — spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and equipped with brand-new appliances throughout. It truly felt like a premium home away from home.Communication with the owner was excellent from start to finish. He was always reachable and had everything perfectly prepared for our arrival. Check-in was seamless, and check-out was just as smooth — the whole process was simple and incredibly well organized.The property itself is gorgeous and impeccably maintained, and having parking right at the door was a huge plus.We couldn't have asked for a better stay and would return without hesitation. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay-The location was perfect and the pool was great-Everything was nicely redone and comfortable with the exception of the bathroom-The condo was very clean with the exception of the shower- Also, the shower head needs attention to avoid leaking out of the shower and for a better experience-If you have other properties with a bottom floor location and zero entry shower for our future stays we would love to visit Avalon condos again-Thank you-
