One bedroom/one bath renovated condo with a full kitchen, bathroom, walking closet, and living area. This gated community is located 5 minutes away from Clearwater beach and 11 km from Indian rocks beach. The bedroom has a king size bed and a flat screen tv. There is a living area with a flat screen tv and a queen sleeper. Wi-fi included inside the condo. 2 beach chairs and one umbrella are also available.
The Avalon complex had a large heated pool with a barbecue area, and a fitness center. Publix supermarket right across the street.

The host was quick in communication. The condo was very comfortable and clean. The area was nice and quiet. We did not use the pool but it looked inviting. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Great Condo in Clearwater

Checkin process was easy, the condo has everything you could ever need while on vacation, including beach chairs. Condo was extremely clean and our kids loved the pool.

We had a great stay! This isn't the first time we've stayed at Avalon however it was the first time with Alina! She is very responsive and easy to deal with! She provided great details on the property and we didn't have any issues. We brought one thing to her attention and she responded right away to correct it. We would definitely stay again!

Clearwater Condo

The condo was clean and perfect for our needs. It was cozy and had everything we needed. Located in a great location. The listing stated hot tub but there was not one on site-it is a fountain:) The pool is very nice! Would recommend and love to stay again!
