Welcome to our beautiful condo where you can relax in beautiful 1 bedroom apartment on a ground floor( no stairs)in gated community "Avalon at Clearwater". Additional opportunity to accommodate 3 to 4 guests in a living room on a sleeper sofa that can fit 2 adults with blackout curtains for better sleep. Bedroom with queen size bed, 43" smartTv with Roku with cable channels over looking pool and new celining fan. Large bathroom with walk-in closet. For your convenience, I fully equip the kitchen with anything you will need to make a homemade meal, Keurig coffee machine,drip coffe maker, ninja blander to make delicious smoothies . There's also a washer and dryer, iron , and iron board. Anything you will need to enjoy your vacations is provided: linens, bath towels, pillows, extra blanket. For your entertainment there is 50" smart TV with ROKU with cable TV and high speed internet. Just added a dartboard for little entertainment in the screen on the patio.

The complex is gated, but there are no designated parking spots, resort style salt water pool, 24/7 fitness center, and clubhouse accommodated with a kitchen to host small parties. Just minutes from bus stop, shopping center with supermarket, and a quick drive to 24/7 Walmart. Also, an American style restaurants is just a walking distance.


Provided: laundry detergent, dryer sheets, and dishwasher tablets as also starter supply of paper products.

High chair and pack n play available by request. Also I have tub chair as pictured up on request.

Must be over 25 to book rental, 5 day minimum. no pets allowed.

Relaxing in Clearwater

The condo was a pleasure. The location on the first floor near the pool was great as I have some difficulty walking distance. The condo had great decor and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The location is just a short drive to the beach. The owner was more than gracious and was available to answer any questions we had in a timely manner. We would recommend this condo. We will be back!!

Florida getaway

We absolutely loved our condo in Clearwater. Magdalena was attentive and helpful. The condo was spotless and had everything needed for a comfortable and convenient stay. the location was very central to many beach and other activities in the area. Great stay at Avalon Clearwater

This is our third year renting this condo in Clearwater We found our place we wanted to return to every year.The condo is very clean and well maintained. The owner is very easy to work with. She is always there with any concerns.The location is close to a number of beaches . We have made friends around the pool.that come back each year. Thanks for a great vacation

Amazing Vacation at the Avalon

Our vacation to Clearwater was amazing! The condo was clean and we had everything we needed during our trip. Our host was super kind and decorated for Christmas, which our kids loved!The condo listing was accurate and we found many amenities within walking distance.The heated pool was wonderful!

Avalon stay is the best

This is a quiet haven at Avalon, but so close to the pool. We liked that the screened-in porch got a lot of sun.We liked the peaceful decor, and our host was a pleasure to work with.She reached out to check on us, and was always looking for suggestions to improve this unit. This area is close to some parks and restaurants to walk and a 6 mile drive to Sand Key, which is our go to beach. If you want the hub bub of Clearwater Beach, it is along the way.Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great condo, comfortable and beautiful. Easy access to everything. Food choices all over, and Publix is super close. Pool was beautiful. We arrived very late at night, and easily had access to everything we needed. Host was an amazing communicator. We will return soon.

Right place, bad timing?

Magdalena was a great host and the condo met all of our expectations. It was immaculate and had all of the conveniences to have a great vacation. Unfortunately, we didn’t factor a major hurricane in our plans. Through all of the drama Magdalena communicated and put our minds at ease.

Great Condo!

Magdalena was a wonderful host! She was very accommodating and attentive without being obtrusive. It’s a lovely condo, well appointed, with a comfy bed. A great central location, convenient to restaurants, activities, beaches and all necessities. The pool was perfect to relax by during our down times. Great home away from home

This unit was very clean. The host was very responsive. We were very comfortable. Everything was well stocked. I highly recommend this unit. We made many friends while out at the pool. We will definitely rent this unit again.

Fantastic location & Property

Spacious property, well provisioned, clean & fantastic location with a lovely host. Only negative feedback ; original check in a little confusing at 11pm in the dark as wasn’t sure whereabouts the property was, a map would be super helpful. A clothes airer or line to dry any washing would again be helpful. Neither were an issue or detracted from our stay.

This unit is on the ground floor and from the patio you can see the pool. Families that stayed in our condo, said that is so convenient to cook a meal and be able to see children outside by the pool.
