The Condo has a fully furnished kitchen with full-size refrigerator, microwave, 4 burner stove, toaster, coffee maker and more to prepare a nice meal after a day at the Beach.

The Avalon features a large clubhouse offering 24/7 wifi internet access, a large heated pool, onsite laundry center, and a fully equipped fitness center.

We thoroughly enjoyed our second stay at this condo. It’s comfortable, bright, and well appointed. Our host was very accommodating and quick to respond. We loved the bed, the open floor plan, the large walk-in closet, and the bathroom with its walk-in shower and large vanity. The location is convenient to numerous beaches, attractions, and downtown Clearwater. We can’t wait to go back!

Clearwater Vacation

We were really happy with our stay at this property. It was a close drive to Clearwater Beach. We also really appreciated that there was a shopping center close to the property to get groceries and drinks. Abes Bar and Grill was within walking distance and we were able to enjoy drinks and walk back to the property.

Great stay

We have used this condo 3 times. We have enjoyed our stay there very much. Convenient to all places we enjoy going to around Clearwater and Dunedin. Also, a quick trip to the Tampa airport, almost a straight away. The pool is wonderful. We thank our host for a stocked condo and you cannot go wrong.

This was a great place for us to stay. It was just as described. The bathroom and other decor was up-to-date and attractive. The appliances were nice (we really appreciated the washer and dryer) and the little extras like quality towels, items for the beach, cleaning supplies, paper products, etc. added to our comfort. We would definitely stay here again.

Exactly what the doctor ordered.

Conrad was available the day we arrived with a question on our thermostat. He responded quickly and was very helpful. No problems while we were there and loved the condo. The decor was beautiful and everything was very clean. We enjoyed the view, the quiet location, warm pool, and television. We would stay there again!

Lovely Condo

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It’s bright, decorated nicely and is quite roomy. Since the complex is located right in downtown Clearwater, we were near to a good variety of restaurants, shops, grocery stores and, of course, a number of beaches - the closest being Clearwater beach itself. The condo has everything you will need to enjoy your stay. The pool area is very nice and easy to access. The security is also very good. The owner was very accommodating and we really appreciate that. We would stay here again.

Great Condo with a great Pool

Condo is extremely well equipped and very comfortable. The Avalon complex is well located close to the beach and restaurants and shopping. There’s currently some construction going on repairing exterior portions of the complex but this didn’t affect our stay. Parking is convenient and easy to access and a security gate at night is appreciated. The condo is exactly as pictured. Only negative which is not in Conrad’s control is some noisy neighbours which unfortunately kept us up a couple of nights during our 9 day stay. I would definitely stay here again and have no hesitation in recommending this place.

Home away from home

Just bring your clothes, the condo has everything you have at home. Spices, fluffy towels, linens, enough pillows and hangers, hamper, kitchen towels, oven mitts, hot pads, placemats, literally everything you need is provided. And always an added touch to have dish & dishwasher soap, detergent & softener, hairdryer, paper products, hand soap. Plastic wrap & sandwich bags, coffee & filters, cleaning products. Kitchen is also stocked with enough dinner plates, salad bowls, pots, pans, cooking sheets, silverware, glassware. Queen bed was very comfortable as well as the couches. The condo is on the 2nd floor, end unit with private stairs which makes sitting on the balcony peaceful and quiet. The pool is nice and warm and the friends we’ve made while gathered at the pool is also a homey feeling. We love it at the Avalon and we truly enjoyed our stay in Conrad’s condo and we hope to be back real soon.

Had a wonderful time in Florida and the condo was just as u stated. Location was close to beaches and the heated pool was an added bonus. Thanks for providing beach chairs and umbrella as well. Nice gated community provided added security and would recommend your place to anyone looking in the Clearwater area.
