🏝️ Ground Floor Completely RENOVATED! Amazing & Very cozy and it has a a 60” Fireplace. 1 king size bed and a queen pullout couch new style, 1 bathroom with the best water pressure including a rain shower and a hand held unit.

This unit is well equipped with everything you need and have at your home. The condo is great for a couple’s getaway or a nice family vacation. YOUR HOME AWAY FROM HOME! 🏝️

Steps to the POOL, beach chairs, Floaties, wagon, cooler, etc. The Beach is a just a 10 minute drive!!!

Alina and Jeremy were one of my faaaaavorite hands down, I fell in love with both of their units, everything was 10/10 I loved all the appliances and cook ware, baking things, soft close drawers and cabinets.. the surrounding area was amazing the Thai restaurant next door to die for. I am coming back for sure it’s beautiful.

The host was very prompt with responding to emails. The condo was very well stocked, clean and comfortable. We didn’t get an opportunity to use the pool or fitness room. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone staying in the area!

The condo was exactly as described, it was super clean and had everything and beyond that you would need for a stay. Everything is well thought out. The bed was comfortable, there were plenty of shower and beach towels provided. The beach supplies in the closet on the porch was a very nice bonus. The games above the fridge were a late night hit. The location is great, there is a Publix right across the street where you can get your groceries and adult beverages, many coffee shops are within 5-10 minutes, shopping and restaurants are 5-10 minutes, only 10-20 minutes away from most beaches and more restaurants. The host Jeremy provided clear details before check-in and also for check-out. Communication was almost instant. I would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in the Clearwater area.

We fully renovated our space to give it an open concept design that 99% of other spaces at the Avalon just don't have. It's bright and feels bigger than the 700sqft it actually is.
