PRIVATE END UNIT & Heated Pool! Safe and secure complex for your short or long term needs! Close to beaches, shopping, supermarkets, restaurants and golf courses. Free parking space in the front of the building and heated pool that are just steps away from your condo! The Condo is located at the second (top) floor in a very quiet area, high speed internet are included in the rental.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need.
The living area is open and inviting including a new sleeper sofa with full size mattress. The sofa easily pulls-out to become a bed and comfort mattress pad helps you get a better nights sleep. Step out onto your private balcony with comfy patio seating, enjoy sunsets or morning coffee and relax in the balmy Florida weather.
The bedroom includes a comfortable KING-sized bed with linen, pillows and covers, bath towels, iron and iron board, hair dryer.
Washer & Dryer inside the condo. Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and beach towels are provided.
Relax in the gorgeous heated swimming pool, 24 hour fitness center and elegant clubhouse with internet access.

The Avalon condominium complex at Clearwater is located in a beautiful gated community. The complex is only 3 miles away from beautiful Clearwater Beach which has been consistently and constantly rated as one of the Best Beaches in America. It is conveniently close to Dunedin, Largo, Indian Rocks Beach, Tampa, Tarpon Springs, Honeymoon Island, areas of Florida which have lots of attractions and history. Each sunset over the Gulf of Mexico paints a scene as unique as the beaches that line its shores.

The most lace is beautiful and perfect for a couple get away, Clearwater beach is just 15 minutes away and in a perfect location, we really enjoy the ondo, clean and spacious.

This was my first time booking through VRBO and because of this experience, I will be booking VRBO again in the future. The apartment we rented was clean, modern, in a great location and felt like a home away from home. Me and my family had an amazing time and my kids loved the pool and pool accessories that were provided by the apartment owner. Check in was a breeze and everything we need was provided in the apartment. Me and my family would definitely recommend this apartment to anybody looking to stay in the Clearwater area.

This condo is fully renovated and clean. The pool area is beautiful to relax and enjoy the Florida sun. Great location to everything in Clearwater. 10 min drive to Clearwater beach. We truly enjoyed our stay at this condo and will definitely book again.
