Take it easy at the Coral in this privately owned unique and tranquil efficiency getaway on the Mandalay Bay Front & just 350 steps across the island to the pristine sands of Clearwater Beach. Two comfy twin beds and a full futon await you after a sun filled, fun day on the beach and walking distance to all the activities this area has to offer. Just steps past our private pool to the pier where you can fish or sit with your morning coffee and enjoy the sunrise & dolphins. Your quaint unit has a nice view of the patio & pool areas and a partial view of the bay. This unit includes a Keurig & drip coffee makers, tea pot, utensils, tableware, blender, toaster, stove/oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, shower, linens, pillows, blankets, beach towels & chairs, starter PT & TP supplies, free cable TV/ROKU, Wi-Fi, handheld bidet sprayer and free parking when available. Shared areas include the pool, washer/dryer, patio, BBQ area, and pier. Need more room? The adjoining unit is available with a full-sized bed and a twin futon for 3 additional guests. Must be 25 to rent. Sorry, No pets allowed at this time. Children must be supervised at all times.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave used towels inside shower. Wipe & clean stove/oven (if used). Wash dishes & leave in strainer (next to microwave).
Clean & wipe out refrigerator. Turn temp knob to its lowest setting (just befor off).
Leave the room clean & tidy as you found it. Turn AC temp to 74° & close blinds.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Must be 25 to rent.
Smoking outside only. Units are privately owned, please be respectful of utility use and items. Report any damage promptly.

First and foremost Wanda our host really makes sure you have everything you need and is available always for anything. The room is perfect , the beds are sooo comfortable and all your amenities are there just like your at home! If you need anything everything is in walking distance like literally a few hop, skip and jumps away including the beach! This was a get away for my sister and I and we are definitely gonna try to make it a yearly getaway! If you’re looking for a great room and place to stay … this is it !! The pool and dock that you can fish from or just sit and watch the boats awesome! This was the most relaxing and best vacation ever ! This place is a true gem .Thank you Wanda … we will see you again !!

This was a perfect spot for Mother/Daughter vacation. The unit was clean and had soo many extras for our use. Beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, cooler, we utilized for our many days on the beach. The pool/patio area was very clean and used by many guests. The dock was a nice area as well, for sunrises and coffee and nighttime relaxation. The beds were very comfortable, we did a lot of walking up and down clearwater beach, it helped getting a good night's sleep. We tried a number of local/family owned spots for dinner and breakfast, soo many options in walking distance. We also walked to local Publix to fill the fridge for a few meals. The kitchen had everything we could need. We did make use of the local trolley to vidit a few other areas, convenient walk to access that as well. We did have a couple of questions and our host was very prompt with response and assistance. We will definitely look at a return visit.

Warm Welcome & Spacious Twin Beds!!

Wanda was a wonderful host with all the necessities you need for your stay! The twin beds did not feel like a twin bed so don’t let the size fool you! The beds were super comfortable and a great size! Plus there is a couch that turns into another bed. The location is perfect with a breakfast place, dinner and just steps away from beach. Definitely staying here again!

Wanda, the unit owner, was amazing to work with. Always responded very timely to any of my emails. Our unit was definitely an efficiency unit so if you are looking for space, this is not for you. But if you are looking for a place to lay your head down at night, while you enjoy all day on the beach or at the pool, then this is a great option. There are two single Murphy beds, so no sleeping with your partner…but super comfy beds. Didn’t use the kitchen, but seemed to have adequate supplies The beach is less than a 10 minute walk and the sand is amazing!! Our unit had beach chairs, beach towels, large beach bag and beach blanket. Pool is on the smaller side, but still nice with lots of lay down chairs to catch some rays on. And warm water!! There’s a very nice patio area with lots of tables and chairs to enjoy your morning coffee or evening beverage. Coffee shop and restaurants close.

From the beautiful atmosphere, cleanliness of the property, location convenient to everything Clearwater Beach has to offer, it was absolutely wonderful! The property manager Amy is so friendly and helpful and so we’re all the staff! This will definitely be a place I stay again in the near future!!! Love it! Thank you so much Wanda and Amy!!
