Newly Remodeled Deluxe Studio-No storm damage

Thoroughly modern studio of approximately 325 square feet. Everything is new.. It has a complete kitchen and both the kitchen and bathroom are generous in size. The sleeping area is approximately 150 square feet of the 325 mentioned. There is ample storage space and all things are furnished. The beach is 75 steps away. Less than a 2 minute walk. I provide everything you’ll need including beach equipment, linens, towels and everything for the kitchen. If you drive you’ll have free parking in a private driveway 10 steps away. You don’t need a car for this location. Most everything is within a half mile. Laundry facilities are available on the property. A lot of thought has gone into the unit and it’s modern in style. Ladies, please do not use the towels to remove your make-up up. There will be a fee if not respected.

Only 2 people are allowed in this unit. Any more than that will terminate the rental without refund.
