This ~700 sqft, one bedroom, one bathroom cottage has been recently remodeled and redecorated. Positioned on the 2nd-floor, the Egret is a mere 43 steps from white-sand beaches.

The Great Room has a view of the Gulf, full dining table, card table, futon that sleeps 2, comfy chair for lounging, and 40" flat-screen TV. The kitchen includes gorgeous, granite countertops with new stainless steel appliances and an eat-in counter that seats 4. The bedroom is light and airy with a view of the gulf, queen size bed, and 32" flat-screen TV. The bathroom includes a travertine, stand up shower.

The Egret includes a balcony and landing for private outside seating, a semi-private patio area for grilling and dining, and a private washer/dryer. All linens, towels, kitchen appliances and utensils plus beach chairs and beach toys are available for your use. Off-street parking for one car.

Free off-street parking, right next to cottage.

Fully-stocked kitchen and linens.

100 yds from the beach. Location is great. Kitchen was well stocked and a great view from the windows over the sink. Rooms are clean, nice, comfortable furniture. Linens well stocked. Nice shower and bath. Beautiful cottage getaway. Lots of great resturants close by. Pet-friendly. The hosts are extremely helpful and friendly. Great atmospheric pizza shop right across the street. A great time. Definitely coming back again.

Loved the egret cottage!! Very nice and cozy. Within waking distance to some great restaurants/bars! Not even a block from the beach. Can see the water from our balcony! Would definitively stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and downtown. The home itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing.The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook a few meals, and the living room was cozy and great for relaxing after a long day in the sun. We especially loved sitting outside on the deck. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable getaway, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful beach vacation!

Great beach property

My family throughly enjoyed our stay. Location can't be beat as it's literally steps to the white sands of Clearwater Beach. Would certainly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in this area of Clearwater.

Great Stay!

Great location and amenities! The place was cozy and the short walk to the beach was amazing. The bed was a little stiff and was a little warm being on the upper floor of the house but still a great stay overall!

We loved our 2 week stay at this property. The property has been fully renovated and was well done. It felt clean and fresh. You can’t beat how close it was to the beach. We were able to use the fully provided beach cart and chairs to cart our stuff to the beach everyday. This was extremely handy for us and we used the cart and chairs pretty much everyday. We brought our own sun shade set up so we didn’t have to use the hosts.There is a large deck overseeing a portion of the water. There are 2 well placed palm trees that start providing shade in the evenings on the porch. We loved sitting outside waiting for sunsets. The host Jenn was very nice and was responsive with any questions or concerns. She even provided the number of her on-site manager for any immediate problems. We were even provided a care package at the start of week 2 by her house keeping staff. We thought that was extremely nice and we appreciated it.We would definitely stay here again as the location, host, and condition of property can’t be beat.

Loved the Upstairs unit with Fully equipped kitchen, clean, comfortable bed. Very spacious for a one bedroom for me and my husband.:).they have thought of everything here :) I love the private deck walking to restaurant and bars and convenience store:) . Obviously would rent here again since we have stayed here two times within 6 months:)

We had a wonderful week in this cute, comfortable, well equipped cottage. Beautiful beach and great places to eat and drink are a quick walk away. Easy to book with an attentive host. We hope to return soon!

The host was very welcoming and helpful prior to and during our stay. The location of the cottage is great. We were just steps away from the beach. We chose this location since it was dog friendly and North Clearwater Beach allows dogs on the beach. The cottage was very comfortable and felt very homey. The deck with gas fire pit was a welcome surprise. My wife and I play pickleball and there are 6 new outdoor courts just 2 blocks away. We played most every day. Having Frenchy’s Hideaway and Palm Pavilion just 2 blocks away was the icing on the top. We will return!

The cottage was very quiet peachful and well located. The property provides all the needs of someone on vacation, fully stocked kitchen, beach towels, and board games. You walk outside and the beach is right there. A great small pizza place right across the street. A short 10 minute walk to local restaurants and bars. We loved staying there and will be coming back.

This was our 2nd time staying at the Egret cottage and we had a lovely stay. House is just as it’s pictured. Clean and comfortable. The location is great. Close to the beach yet away from the crowds.

A wonderful get away!

We loved that the Egret was within walking distance to shops and restaurants, and loved even more it was so close to the beach. We had our dog with us and the area of the beach that allows dogs is only 2 short blocks down. The cottage was very homey and exactly what we were looking for!

Wonderful Time at Clearwater!

Our visit at Egret Cottage on Clearwater went so well! Cottage had everything we needed - comfortable and convenient with easy walk to beach and short walk or ride to great restaurants and shopping. Kitchen was well equipped. Living room area, bedroom and bathroom were perfectly setup for the beach. Our pet was welcome and loved the beach. We hope to return in the future for another very enjoyable visit!

Great Place!!

We had an amazing week. This place is perfect. On the quieter part of Clearwater Beach, but close enough to walk everywhere. So clean, updated, and everything you need. I feel we were so lucky to stay here and would absolutely love to book this place again.
