We had a great stay. The place was really well appointed—everything felt thoughtfully set up and easy to use, not thrown together. The location made getting around simple and convenient, which took a lot of stress out of the trip. The host was also excellent—clear, responsive, and easy to communicate with from start to finish. Overall, it was just a smooth, comfortable experience. Would definitely stay here again.

Hi Robert. My goodness, that was a wonderful review. Thank you. May I add that when I arrived at the house after your departure it was in such great condition I was scratching my head wondering if you even showed up. 😀 I know better but thank you; you showed great respect for me and the property. You are welcome here anytime. Best wishes , Joe

Joe is a wonderful host and the house is well-equipped and in a fabulous location. The beach house is on an 'old Florida' block of similar cottages right off Mandalay: it's walking distance to the busy area to the South as well as to a quiet residential neighborhood to the North. The 'dog-friendly' beach begins at Somerset, which is a short block North. We had a great stay and will be back!

This was the perfect location for our stay. The beach is right at the end of the road making it very convenient. This is north beach so not nearly as busy again perfect for us. We had four in our group and the 2 bedroom was nice and spacious. The house is well taken care and clean. Joe is the host, we had the pleasure of meeting him the day after we arrived. Very easy to communicate with.
