Had a great stay for two nights. The house was just a very short walk to the beach and not far from restaurants and shopping. Beds comfortable and house had everything you needed.

Very close to the beach! Loved the beach towels, chairs, boogie boards and umbrella available to use. Also loved the outdoor shower to get all the sand off before coming inside. AC was lovely as well!

We had a great stay. The place was really well appointed—everything felt thoughtfully set up and easy to use, not thrown together. The location made getting around simple and convenient, which took a lot of stress out of the trip.The host was also excellent—clear, responsive, and easy to communicate with from start to finish. Overall, it was just a smooth, comfortable experience. Would definitely stay here again.

Joe is a wonderful host and the house is well-equipped and in a fabulous location. The beach house is on an 'old Florida' block of similar cottages right off Mandalay: it's walking distance to the busy area to the South as well as to a quiet residential neighborhood to the North. The 'dog-friendly' beach begins at Somerset, which is a short block North. We had a great stay and will be back!

This was the perfect location for our stay. The beach is right at the end of the road making it very convenient. This is north beach so not nearly as busy again perfect for us. We had four in our group and the 2 bedroom was nice and spacious. The house is well taken care and clean. Joe is the host, we had the pleasure of meeting him the day after we arrived. Very easy to communicate with.

Perfect location

My family had a wonderful time house was very clean. House is only a few houses from being on the beach and several restaurants and shops within a 15 minute walk. Check in and check out was super easy as Joe is a terrific host. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic Location, Wonderful Experience

Our family had a wonderful stay at Joe’s property! The location was perfect and just steps from the beach and a short walk to all the shops and restaurants. Joe was available and provided everything we needed (towels, blankets, coffee, beach items)!
