Clearwater Beach Luxury Waterfront Townhome

Luxury, end unit, waterfront town home with private elevator and garage. Tastefully decorated, over 2,200 sq ft, three full bedrooms each with their own bathroom and TV's. Master suite has large corner tub and king size bed. Bedroom on the main floor has a queen sized mattress and the other bedroom upstairs has a queen. We added a bonus room off the garage that has two twin bed.

Granite counter tops and volume ceilings throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped and is open to the living area. Enjoy relaxing on the patio off the ground floor or balcony off the living room. New TV's in each bedroom and living room. WiFi is complimentary.

There are only six units to the building that share the pool.

We are pet friendly, but ask that your pet is under 15-20 pounds with our discretion.

This property is located on Bayway Blvd in the mist of Clearwater Beach with only a 15 minute walk to Pier 60. You can fish off the dock, swim in the pool or it's just a short walk (approximately a block and a half), to the beach. There is a miniature golf across the street.

Amazing in EVERY WAY!!!

From the outside through each of the three occupancy levels, this property invites you to enter, relax, and enjoy! Tile baths (3!), hardwood floors, granite countertops, state of the art appliances, it’s like a 5 star hotel, with all the comforts of home! Did I mention a jacuzzi in the master suite?? And the views!! Each morning , we set on the deck and watched dolphins swimming and playing in the bay!!! And comforT level was astounding!! Very comfortable beds and pillows, more towels than we could use in a week

Fantastic!

We were in the area to enjoy spring break and an extended family wedding. The location was fantastic for us (adults and kids from 9-14)! It was out of the hussle of the main area, but completely walkable to everything we wanted and needed to do. The house is a fantastic layout with lots of space. There really isn't anything more we could have asked for.Our one comment: some of the bedding/pillows could use a refresh, but everything was fine enough and we managed.

Excellent experience

This condo was clean, stocked as listed, great location, and perfect for a family vacation with our 3 adult children and their significant others. The property manager and owner were very quick to respond to the small issues we had (electrical outlet needed to be repaired, hot tub reset, light bulbs & batteries replaced). Only disappointment was the heater for the shared pool was still waiting to be replaced so the water was too cold to use the pool. We would definitely recommend.to others.

Great location

Great location with more than enough space! It would be the perfect spot if they updated their furniture and got some comfortable patio furniture. Other than that I would highly recommend staying here! It was very clean, had plenty of room and was in the perfect location!

The property was beautiful and spacious, we had a large group and nobody was on top of each other. The pool was wonderful and there were plenty of beach items we were able to use. The location to the beach was a little farther than I had pictured from the description. It was within walking distance but definitely easier to drive with beach items.

Fabulous Condo

This condo was perfect for my family. It was very spacious! Everyone had room to spread out. Our host was very prompt at getting back to us with any questions. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking the bay every day and watching the Dolphins.

Great place!!

We loved this place! It’s in a great location. Not right on the beach but that was great for us because the beach area is too busy for our liking. A short walk to the main beach or a very short drive in the golf cart or car to a more private beach. Great communication with the host. We didn’t have any problem but she answered any questions we had immediately. We would definitely stay here again!

Joint family vacation

This property was perfect for 2 families traveling together. Close to so many great restaurants and beaches but not too close to the larger touristy areas. The pool was great and we loved the added bonus of seeing dolphins every day. I only wish the bedroom on the lower level had a bathroom. Lori, the host was very prompts to respond and fielded questions and other issues. Beautiful views of he sunrise from the roof and balcony. There was an elevator in our unit that was convenient to get up to the roof. I would recommend this to anyone traveling to Clearwater!

Excellent stay

We had a family of 7 stay and enjoyed everything about this unit. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, and have some privacy yet also be together as a family. The bay views and pool added so much bonus, as well as the ability to walk everywhere…for food, to enjoy the sights, even to play miniature golf (right across the street). Beaches are close (busy or quiet-your choice) and there are many restaurants nearby to choose from. It is situated between the quieter and busier sections, depending which you prefer. The unit was comfortable and clean and stocked with the necessities to get you started. Any questions were answered immediately and a brief issue with the a/c was fixed promptly. We even saw dolphins in the bay and at the beach 3 different times! Would stay again!

Bayway stay

This condo was nice. Great location and right on water with great views. We loved seeing the dolphins in the mornings. Condo was well kept and clean. Would stay here again. Only bummer was you couldn’t control thermostat, no screens in upstairs bedrooms, no extra toilet paper or laundry soap.

Clearwater never disappoints!

We had a great stay! Being our second time renting this townhome it just keeps getting better. No need for a car. Everything is within walking distance. The sunrise on the bay is gorgeous and the sunset on the gulf is awesome! Lori is a great host. I would definitely rent from her again when staying in Clearwater.

Perfect!!

Absolutely perfect for our family of 7!! Plenty of room to spread out and have privacy for all. Loved the view of the harbor where we woke up to amazing sunrises and watched the dolphins play. The master bedroom was spacious and we loved the the dual shower heads and jet tub in the master bath. This property is in walking distance of all the best restaurants, Pier 60, the beach and all the other attractions. Check in and check out were very simple as well. Great place, would surely stay again and highly recommend!!

Convenient, clean, and excellent location

My friend and I stayed at this location for a week. We traveled with our children from NY to enjoy the Clearwater Beach and surrounding beaches. This condo is conveniently located within walking distance to the beach and is situated on the bay side. We enjoyed fishing and watching the dolphins every morning and evening from the back patio. The unit was spacious and clean. All of the amenities needed and then some were available for us to use. Lori, the property manager displayed excellent clear communication. The only minor thing I would recommend is that the unit had beach chairs and beach umbrellas for use since many do not travel in with those items. Overall, no complaints. We will definitely book this unit or one managed by Lori again.

Needs work, along with a good deep cleaning.

Being on the beach was great, walking distance to most beach attractions. Roof top balcony was awesome for sunsets. As far as furniture item, kitchen items, and patio furniture they all need to be fixed or replaced. Seems as if there’s a management company in charge and the true owner doesn’t know that there needs to be some repairs, such as painting, fixing furniture, and day to day kitchen items available or replaced. Sign at front door says the trash service and recycling pickup is on a Thursday, but when we arrived on a Thursday night both bins were full, and the garage smelled, we ended up taking the trash outside while we enjoyed our stay. Lots of plastic patio furniture that was cracked or broken and in plan site. Seems to be alot of fees that we/others had to pay that we’re supposed to be used to correct these items before each persons stay. We would like some kind of compensation if possible on the fees.

Lots of good and bad

This rental was in a great location! It was near a gas station, ice cream shop, about 5-10 mins walk away from the beach (which helped with beach parking), and multiple food places and convenient stores. It had a balcony that overlooked water (connected to the ocean), docks, and the swimming pool. It was nice to be able to watch the kids swimming from the balcony. Each condo had its own private access to the pool. There were no set hours for the pool, just open from ‘dawn’ to ‘dusk’, which was great for the kids. There were some fishing poles there for the kids to try fishing, which they enjoyed from the dock. The furniture throughout the condo was a little outdated and some of the stools in the kitchen were wobbly. The elevator door was locked, so that could not be used (for groceries, heavier items). I had to purchase some Clorox wipes to wipe down the kitchen counters as the counters were dusty when first arrived. There were not many bowls (other than soup bowls that had wide rims and were shallow) so we had to use mugs because we needed something that was deeper. The kitchen had a double oven, which was super lovely for making multiple foods at once. The room in the garage had a single box fan, so during the hotter times, it would probably need additional box fans to sleep comfortably. This room did not have AC other than the box fan. The room in the garage room that had all the pool floats/balls was a mess. There were broken goggles and multiple floats had holes in them. This room was very disorganized. The AC was to stay no lower than 72, which was a little rough since my group is used to lower temps for sleeping. The beds were hard and pillows needed replacement (pillows had lost their fluff and were heavily stained). The washer smelled like mold/mildew at times and there was lots of dust/lint behind the washer/dryer. In one of the rooms with the queen bed, there were multiple candy wrappers left in a drawer in the nightstand. In the master bedroom, there was trash behind the headboard and underneath the bed. The master bedroom bathroom was nicely decorated, but the bathtub jets did not look clean (we did not use). The front door looked like it had been busted into and the wood was still very rough looking. The first couple of nights we were a little worried someone could break in (the front door wood should be replaced for future guest safety). Overall, loved the location and would have felt more comfortable if place was cleaned up better

Stay away

This is a little bit of a long read. Apologies in advance! Stayed at the property 7th - 12th May. Didn't get arrival instructions until 4pm the 6th and was getting worried as had received no correspondence from the owner but it all turned out OK after several e-mails / phone calls. Checked in at around 4.15 on the Saturday and walked around the house. Nice house with 3 levels. The kids loved the elevator. Did a check for damage and found quite a bit. Reported this so it wouldn't be taken off my deposit. These included - 1. Lock on sliding door on main floor broken 2. Blind on main floor broken 3. Bed in bedroom on main level broken – Box that mattress sits on completely snapped bottom 4. Main bedroom – ceramic container lid by window broken The lock on the door is a worry. Only a piece of wood keeps it closed. After e-mails the owner they say it's never had a lock. That doesn't make it OK. The blind closed with the cord once but wouldn't re-open. I manually opened it and never touched it again. Other things not reported - 1. Floors are filthy. My 3 and 4 year old's feet were black within minutes of walking in the house 2. Dustbin smelt like there was a dead body in it. Granted we arrived on the Saturday and garbage collected was Thursday so it could have been there a couple of days. This seemed to have been there much longer. Pretty much could be smelt all through the house. Had to buy chemicals to stop it smelling so much. House is a short walk to restaurants and beach. Spotted dolphins several mornings and they even swam right under the docks right next to the house. I was going to write a positive review but on my return home today received this from the owner - Master bedroom comforter, sheets, mattress pad and mattress were ruined by some liquid spilled and went through to matress. Cord to blinds in living room broken. This meant I got none of my security deposit back. I called them immediately and they said they would reimburse the full amount. After 2 weeks of back and forth they gave me part back. This was after messaging almost daily. Silence from their end. So they kept almost half for damage that I have asked for photo evidence of (silence from owner). I asked vrbo to get involved but they were powerles. I'm currently talking with my lawyers to get back what is rightfully mine. The moral of this story is - break the bed - no loss of security deposit, none existent spillage = $$ Do yourself a favor and stay away

Great property in a great location in Clearwater Beach

This house was fantastic and exactly as advertised. We had 6 adults and a baby for a couple of days. Walking to the beach was quick and painless. Easier than trying to park there. Mini golf is right across the street. Ice cream and restaurants are in walking distance. We love this part of Clearwater Beach. We'll stay here again. Lori was a great host.

Great location

Perfect location, everything you need except a decent coffee maker. That was the only disadvantage but we got to enjoy the surrounding coffee shops!!
