Stunning, modern 3 bedroom, 2 bath home on Sunset Beach/Treasure Island designed with beautiful interior detail, this gulf retreat offers beautiful views of the beach and boardwalk from the family room and master bedroom balcony. Windows throughout the home offer abundant natural light. Enjoy spectacular sunsets every night. Parking is available for 4 cars. Walk to Caddy’s on the beach to eat, drink, play, and enjoy life. Ka’Tiki is down the street with amazing music 365 days a year in the beachy setting of a tiki hut. Many incredible restaurants and clubs are within walking distance. Kick back and relax with your favorite TV show, play games, or whip up anything from beach snacks to 4-course meals in the fully furnished kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, electric kettle, both Keurig and drip coffee makers and grinder, a blender, a toaster oven, and a microwave. Gather for meals at the adjacent 8-seat dining table. Or use the grill to prepare steaks or a seafood feast! A full-sized washer and dryer as well as central air conditioning add convenience during your stay. The home is well equipped with everything you need - flat screens, internet, WiFi, bed linens, bath towels, cozy throws, hairdryers, soaps, etc... For the beach, grab the beach chairs, beach towels and beach toys and load up the wagon provided to haul everything to the beach with ease. This private family-friendly home includes 2 strollers, 2 pack-and-plays, a high chair, baby gate, a baby monitor, and even a bottle warmer so you have less to pack!!!

Best house in Treasure Island

This is our second year in a row staying at this property. The house's ammenities, proximity to the beach and access to local establishments can be beat. This house checks every box! We will be back again next year.

Amazing

The house was very nicely decorated and clean. The location was perfect. It was just a short walk to the beach where we spent much of our time. The host was very responsive to any questions. Thank you for a great beach experience!

Great Place close to the Beach!

Christmas in Treasure Island

Loved being so close to the beach. The home was nice but needs a good cleaning. Closets and under the sinks were cluttered. But it has a very relaxed vibe.

Holidays at the beach

Just as described. Well appointed next to beach, bars and restaurants. This was our third visit to Sunset Beach with our young adult kids. Perfect R&R and this beautiful house was exactly as described.
