About this property

Beautifully renovated beach front condo! One bedroom on the main floor with a queen bed next to the bathroom. Primary bedroom with private balcony and guest bedroom are on the 2nd floor. Two parking passes available. Plenty of beach chairs and accessories to enjoy the beach and pool. Receive an electronic code on the day of check in to access the condo at your own time. 9 miles from downtown St. Pete! Beautiful new pier! POOL IS OPEN and HEATED!
Entrance on 6th floor that leads into the living room and kitchen area. One bedroom with queen bed and a bathroom on the first (main floor). Great for elderly guests with disabilities that cannot go upstairs where the master bedroom with private balcony and guest bedroom with 2 bunk beds (full/twin). Another large bathroom with walk in shower.
Two parking passes provided for guests to park anywhere on property. Covered area to keep your car protected from the sun. No other vehicles allowed to park on property without parking pass. 2 vehicle limit.
I live locally so I can be there within 30 min at anytime if needed. Or else you are provided an access code to enter and leave the condo on your own time.
The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. Walking distance from bars and restaurants.
Local trolley up and down the gulf coast for $5 a day, freebeachride.com, Uber, lyft,
Absolutely NO PETS on property! No boats, jet skis, or trailers allowed on property as well. Limit to two parking passes on property. Other vehicles may be towed with no parking pass at guests expense. NO smoking on balconies. Please smoke at the boardwalk.

Absolutely perfect stay

We recently spent a week at this wonderful property. The view is out of this world. The private balcony off the master was the PERFECT place for a cup of coffee or to watch the sunset. The property is in a lovely complex that was clean and organized. Parking was really easy. The hosts were really responsive. The beds and couches were very comfortable. The colors and design was very beachy themed which made for such a great relaxing feel. Overall, this place was exactly what I was looking for. I look forward to booking our next trip here.

Gulf Penthouse

The property was as advertised. It was clean and the property manager was easy to work with. Beautiful views of the gulf and close walk down the beach to restaurants. Would highly recommend.

Great weather broken stuff

Dishwasher was broke all week. Boxsoring was broke in queen bedroom. We actually found it day 4 after one of our group couldnt ssleep any longer. Toilet seat broke in upstairs bathroom. Th ere didnt seem to be a check out inventory for prior guests. Beach and wearher was good. Groceries in that area very expensive. 7 tenths of a mike walk to use trolly. We were told it was right in front of our building. One washer and dryer for the floor was not enough.

Pre Spring Break get away

this condo is in a quiet neighborhood. We loved the access to the beach and heated pool and parking was not a problem at all. The Condo its self was well appointed and more than adequate for our family. Very nice setting and amenities.

Perfect weekend

Check in was seamless. The condo had everything you would need to relax on the beach or float in the water. We like to grill so we took advantage of one of the grills, all the utensils were available. Entertainment was walking distance away. You could not ask for anything more. Thank you for let us share your water front dream.
