Clean and contemporary finishes; fully furnished kitchen featuring granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances with open sight lines to the water; plenty of dining seating plus a breakfast bar; open to a large 65" flat screen, sleeper sofa and comfy seating in the living room with double balcony sliders for those perfectly temperature days;

(2) MASTER BEDROOMS!!Gulf front master bedroom features 50" flat screen tv, ceiling fan, KING-size bed, private bath with step in shower and sliders to the over-sized balcony; 2-master bedroom faces east with partial inter-coastal water views, queen bed, 45" flat screen tv, ceiling fan, private full bath with step in shower; third bedroom features queen bed, 45" flat screen tv, ceiling fan, inside washer/dryer. A 7th floor ROOF-TOP SUN DECK available to the whole complex.

**Condo complex features (2) buildings each with a pool and hot tub; The sister property across the street, on inter-coastal- Oceana East offers fishing dock as well; easy walk to grocery story, restaurants, shops, bars and more; plus (3) guest parking on first-come, first serve basis. Owner provides a couple beach chairs for unit - additional beach chairs/loungers/umbrella rentals out on beach.

Property is self-catering, we do provide starter soaps, toilet paper & paper towels. We are not a hotel so these items are not replaced during stays.

Beautiful Views & Sunsets

Our stay was very nice. Spectacular views of the ocean!!! There were 4 of us( 2 couples). The unit was spacious, clean and comfortable. Location was great too, steps from beach, near many fun/local establishments. The only con i found, could use a couple chairs that so not sit so low. I had a surgery a couple weeks ago, and could not use the chairs in the unit. We were able to rent chairs right there, (extra cost) which was nice, but it would’ve been nice to have a higher type of chair ro have to sit and watch the sunset. We had a GREAT time. Thanks again

Beautiful accommodations and views

The condo was absolutely beautiful! It was very clean and the views were amazing. If I had any complaint, it would just be the water pressure in the showers and the comfort of the queen beds.

Very frustrated with the host and property management team. When we showed up, there was family in the space So our check-in was delayed, we had to re-clean the place on our own, and they have yet to reimburse us anything for our troubles.

Does Anything Work???

We chose this location for our family celebration for the views and location to the beach…both were great…That being said we were sadly disappointed in this premium property…nothing worked… 1. The TV didn’t work until the evening of our last day so we missed all our football games. 2. Wanted to dry our wet clothing but the dryer didn’t work. Had to sit in the apartment for a 1/2 a day while it was fixed. 3. Once the dryer was fixed we looked to wash some of clothes and you guessed it, the washer didn’t work. 4. So how about the kitchen??? Six people but only four drinking glasses .When asked the company did bring more glasses but we shouldn’t have to ask. 5. Fan in the primary bathroom didn’t work. 6. The pool was full of sand and needed cleaning. I could go on but why…Needless to say if you rent a premium place you expect things to be at a functioning level. This was not.

Great Stay

Condo was wonderful in a good location where its in walking distance to restaurants and some shopping but far enough away to be a bit calmer. Water pressure a bit low, bathroom fan didnt work and parking is tight but we have a large SUV. All so minor we didnt even complain but all in all, great place.

Best View on the Beach

Great place with an amazing view. Able to house our two families (7 people) with room to roam. And again, out the front door you have a view of the (inter-coastal) waterway and off the balcony you have the best view of the gulf/beach. Ideally, I would have liked to have more options within walking distance (coffee, dinner, etc.). But overall, great stay.

We had a relaxing time. The beach was amazing. We rented a cabana 2 days which was really easy and made our time on the beach enjoyable. We would highly recommend this condo!

Great Property and Great Management

The pictures were very representative of the property. Everything was clean and new. We loved our stay of one month. We had one small issue with kitchen implements, but Jessica (Sandcastle Realty) took care of that in one day. There was an issue with teenagers messing with the hot tub, but the property management took care of that overnight. This is a great property, and you will love it. Everyone that manages this property is a professional. There is a maintenance man on site everyday, so there are no issues to worry about. We loved our stay.

Beautiful 3 bedroom 3 bath, spacious,clean. The view was incredible, being right on the gulf. Easy access, down gulf boulevard. Great restaurants in the area. You could walk to some. We would love to return.

Clean & comfortable. Living room seating nice for all. The rooms were a little small but it worked. 1 parking space was tough but we’re we able to secure free guest spots for the other cars. Would return.

Family Vacation

We loved the penthouse. It was clean and roomy for 6 adults and one baby. Loved that everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. Location was great. Right on beach grocery within walking distance. Loved that we could walk to Sloppy Joes and Caddy’s right from the beach. The rooftop at the condo was great to watch fireworks on Fourth of July!

wonderful place

Tge property was as described. Spacious enough for our 4 adults and 3 children. Kids had plenty of room to run around and adults still had some privacy. Loved the ocean view, from the balcony or from the rooftop, it was wonderful. Our only complaint was the water pressure. The owner was very approachable and responded quickly. We loved our stay and look forward to coming back.

Great location with plenty of room

This unit is spacious for 6 adults. Beds were comfortable which allowed for good sleep. View is great for sunsets. We visit Treasure Island a couple of times a year and stay on this mile stretch of beach. This is our second stay in this building. Beach is quiet, Publix down the street, a few places to eat within walking distance. John’s Pass is just down the road if you need your fix of chain food. The unit had beach gear that included chairs, kids toys, noodles, small cooler, and beach towels which made it very easy to hit the beach every day. We donated a boogie board when we left. The unit has the basics such as a small number of glasses, 4 coffee cups, and pans etc. There are no wine glasses The coffee maker is standard drip coffee so plan accordingly. No condiments are in the unit, also plan accordingly. The pool below the building is small but good for when the family needs a break from the sun. The only knock on this location is the unpredictability of the elevator. It worked for the majority of our stay. Another guest said they needed to call the fire department as they got stuck in the elevator. This issue is a common theme in other posts you’ll read. Visit Caddy’s if you miss the crowd, enjoy a drink, watch a sunset and often live music. Bar across the street from Caddy’s has live music as well, but smaller venue. Go to Island Grill on Tierra Verde for good food, local vibe (a lot of retirees), long happy hours. It’s a drive that includes a toll.

Wonderful place

Oceana west is a great location with a beautiful view to the beach and evening sunsets. We had the 6th floor with 3 sliding glass doors off our living and bedroom to our Lani. The unit had a couple issues with a few floor pieces that were not properly seated and occasionally you would walk over them and they’d pop up. Needed a few light bulbs in the living room and Lani balcony. We stayed 5 days and had to run down garbage bags after day 3. Also didn’t have dish soup or laundry pods. I know these are somewhat small issues however for the cost per night we should not have been without. All in all would highly recommend this condo
