Our boat is not for guest use due to the liability. Our home does have a private locked closet for owner use only.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please put trash and recycling in the bins located on the side of the house.
Load dishwasher and start. Be sure ALL food is removed from the refrigerator and freezer.
Strip used sheets off bed. Put all used towels in washing machine and start with detergent.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Please be mindful that our home is in an unincorporated residential neighborhood.
Pinellas County has strict rules regarding occupancy and quiet hours. No parties or events are allowed. No smoking or vaping is allowed.

In my 7 years of renting out vacation homes through VRBO this home by far has been the absolute best. The communication from beginning to end was clear and kind! The home itself is immaculate, clean, and resourceful! The outdoor area was a waterfront oasis where we spent the most of our time! I would give this home a 10 out of 10! There were so many things we wanted to go and enjoy at some of the beaches around us but most days we chose to stay at the house because it had everything we could ask for and more! We hated having to say goodbye but we will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Oakhurst Oasis. The home and backyard are gorgeous. My husband and I visit the area at least once a year and this was our first time bringing our maltipoo with us. We were so glad the home was small dog friendly because she also had a great time & felt right at home. The home is well stocked with everything you need & Linda is very quick to respond to any questions. Thank you again for an amazing stay!

Our stay here was wonderful. The house was immaculate. The beds were SO comfortable. We caught fish from the dock, and saw rays and dolphins in the bay while swimming in the pool. I especially loved all the landscaping, the flowers and palm trees were gorgeous. We all dreamed of staying there forever.
