Ideal vacation home!

As a native Floridian it’s hard to impress me with a beach condo, but this place did! It’s spacious, updated and clean. The location was close to everything a beach town has to offer with a short drive to Johns Pass and Clearwater Beach. The view was amazing! Thank you for a wonderful staycation

Great condo 3 BR- 2 bath

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay! Beautiful property and the cleanest and best stocked unit we have ever rented! Only thing was a hiccup with the entry code not working that was sent by VRBO. We were able to reach the mgr within 15 minutes to resolve and get in.

Great family gathering spot

My family of 5 along with our in-laws really enjoyed our stay. Additional family members rented the unit above, both were lovely! The location is perfect with the heated pool, hot tub and several restaurants within a short walk. The unit itself was very clean, well stocked and comfortable. We are already talking about returning next year with the same set up.

Madeira Beach

We have stayed at different condos within this building. The property manager and house cleaner were very attentive. Just enough kitchen utensils and beach toys to make our stay comfortable. Very clean and easy place to vacation in.

We liked the ability to use trolleys. Weren’t impressed with local restaurants and shopping but the Winn Dixie was nearby!!

Fantastic property with great beach access

We really enjoyed our stay. Property was perfect, recent updates, plenty of amenities and details. 100 feet to the beach! Loved the setup with beach access, pool area, shower and restrooms near the pool. Was part of family reunion where our group rented 4 different units. Ours was definitely the nicest. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing Beach Trip

The condo was perfect for our girls trip ( 6 of us). The condo was super clean and well appointed. It was conveniently located within walking distance to several places to eat and shops. The deck was awesome - great sunset views. Steps to the beach with chairs for our use. Definitely a pick for our next trip to Madiera Beach.

Clean and so comfortable

This was an extremely well equipped unit. Everything we needed and more. We even had a built in security system… the main sliding door was pretty hard to open so our grand children couldn’t open it. Thank you for sharing your beautiful beach home. We ll be back!

Mothers Day at Madeira

Me and my adult daughters stayed over a long weekend and had a great time. Condo is exceptional. Very clean, everything in working order. Directly on the beach. Kitchen was well equipped. Owners very responsive. We will certainly be back.

Girls trip

The rental was great. We had a group of women come in from all over. Everyone was impressed with both the condo and beach. Nicely renovated. Having beach towels and a coffee pot was awesome. Kitchen was well equipped. Having restaurants across the street was also a plus.

Amazing!

We have been visiting Seaview every year for the last 7 years. This unit at Seaview is definitely one of the most desirable in the building. The cleanliness is top notch along with the decor. The kitchen is fully stocked and all of the beds were extremely comfortable. The view from the top floor is second to none. Communication with Larry & Teresa was excellent. The location and amenities at Seaview can’t be beat.

Awesome view and Great location

We had such a Great time staying at this condo. It had EVERYTHING that anyone would need. It is in such a Great location. Close to all that you need. Many eateries within close proximity. The boys went Charter fishing and caught many fish. What a Wonderful getaway for the whole family. Well worth the price. Thank you so much for the use of your condo. Friends family vacation

Absolutely perfect condo for two families to rent. Clean perfect location to restaurants, bar, shopping but lost importance the beach. Never used the pool but beach is literally steps from the pool. Parking was covered with big oversized space. We all agreed 100% we will return and rent this exact condo. Thank You for a great experience

Wonderful Family Trip

Nice location!Restaurants across the street.Coffee shop within walking distance.Overlooks the ocean.Large deck where we could all hang out that overlooked the pool and gulf.I would open my sliding glass door to the deck every morning and lay in bed hearing the ocean.Had beach toys for the grandkids and chairs for the grown ups.They supplied us with a pack and play.Condo was very clean and well supplied.Manage was very accommodating even giving us an extra parking place.We would definitely go there again!

Home away from. Home

Love this property. It is updated, has all the amenities we need , is very comfortable and feels like home. The ceramic flooring and leather furniture make it very practical for the beach. The sliding doors are perfect lending itself to an in-door/outdoor living style which we love. The best part I’d have to say is the spacious balcony. We spend most of our time on the balcony, where morning coffee is sipped slowly before we start our day. Already booked for next year….can’t wait!

25th anniversary

Modern, beachy feel to this this gulf front condo. Loved having 2 bathrooms for wide and me. Every morning, we were treated to a dolphin show w 6-8 playful dolphins. Unit had everything we needed. Brand new appliances and upgrades were appreciated. Close to restaurants and seconds to water. Being on the end kept it nice and private for us. Small complex means you don’t have to fight for space at pool or with lots of noise. We’d stay here again. Owner was friendly and accommodating.

Absolutely Fabulous

Our entire experience with this rental was perfect. Teresa responded to all of our questions timely and was so accommodating. The in-house office was so friendly. The interior was very clean and this is saying a lot as we are very picky. The private pool was great for the little ones. Check in and check out was so easy. We didn’t have to do anything to check out. This is not the same as other VRBO rentals. Our absolute favorite was the access and view of the Gulf from our deck. It was so beautiful we didn’t want to leave. We will definitely be back. Thank you for this wonderful experience.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING

This condo is VERY CLEAN!!! I usually come prepared to clean, but I have to say this was the cleanest condo we have ever rented, and I am very picky!!! Very Spacious. The pictures DOES NOT do it justice!!! It has every thing you could possibly need in it. The owner has not missed anything! Well decorated with high quality appliances, furniture etc. . Easy access to beach. Owner very personable & easy to talk to. As a Nurse during the COVID 19 pandemic they have helped me & my family feel more at ease during our stay! Cant wait o stay at this condo again. Search no more!!!

Wow The best VRBO

This condo is the nicest VRBO I've stayed at. We used this condo over thanksgiving 2020, during covid. Its a smaller condo complex, no crowds on the beach. Sometimes the pool was crowed. We just stayed on the beach instead of letting the kids swim in the pool. Short easy walk to the beach, just down some steps and out the door. This kitchen was heavily stocked with supplies, knives, pots and pans and lots of tupperware. Nicely decorated, stocked with beach towels. This place was great. Note the sliding doors to the patio open up entirely. We did not realize this until mid week. This was a great place to stay during covid. Small complex, outdoor hallways to units, well stocked kitchen. We also rented jet skis at the peir and went horseback ringing. We did not do any indoor activities.

Truly Steps to the Beach

Loved that the unit was spacious for 4 people without feeling cramped. Other pros - unit very clean, two bathrooms both with double sinks, larger balcony overlooking beach, nice decor, choice of Keurig or traditional coffee maker, good blender and pans, plenty of towels, quality washer/dryer, property is directly on beach plus has pool, plenty of lounges at pool. Cons - check in process could be improved. Check in window only from 4-7 unless pre-arranged. We got two calls and our emergency contact got one on the day of our arrival even though we checked in at 5:00 telling us that we had to check in by 6. Not sure what that was about. If entry codes could just be supplied online it would make things much easier.
