This gorgeous Gulf front condo is beautifully decorated with all the amenities and comforts of home complete with granite kitchen and new furnishings and flooring. This nicely furnished unit comes with fully equipped kitchen for cooking and entertaining, washer and dryer in unit, Wi-Fi, entertainment system with HD flat screen TV/flat screen TVs in all bedrooms. The sleeping accommodations are a king bed in the master suite, 2 queens in the second bedroom and a queen in the third bedroom.
Enjoy beautiful sunsets from the privacy of your top floor balcony or fall asleep and wake up to the sound of waves in the master suite.

Perfect Place to Stay

We were so impressed with this condo! It was clean, comfy, and the perfect location. The communication with Joanna was amazing. She was quick to reply and we were even able to check in early! We had 2 adult couples staying. We grilled out several times on the communal gas grill. The condo is right across the street from John’s Pass so there is plenty to do within walking distance. The balcony has a beautiful ocean view. The pool and pool area was clean and the beach access was unbeatable. We highly recommend the condo!

Right across the street from St. John’s pass. Stores restaurants and bars. Really nice condo and Joanna was very helpful and always a fast response if I had questions. Would stay there again.

Perfect Paradise

It doesn’t get much better than this! Well stocked with about anything you could ask for. Right across the street from John’s pass. Comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen and very roomy and clean. We would definitely stay here again and again!!

John’s Pass

Location was great for walking to some restaurants and place was nice. The only issue was that the garbage disposal did not work, which was okay. But the main bathroom toilet was having issues flushing and going down. They came and looked at it but think it was something deep in pipes so we just had to be careful. Owner was very responsive

Amazing sunsets!

This condo is immaculate and much larger than I expected. It has everything you need to make family meals or you can cross the street and go to John’s Pass for anything you want to do. Rent a jet ski or take a boat or kayak out once at the property there is no reason to leave. I would highly recommend this condo for your next stay.

Great location! Beautiful condo!

We've stayed here twice now and the condo is perfect. Being so close to Johns Pass makes for easy family entertainment when we tire of the beach and pool.

We've stayed in this unit before and the owner was and continues to be top notch. The kitchen is the most well stocked of any unit we've stayed in over the last 12 years. The owner is helpful, considerate and responsive; she cares that your stay is the best it can be. She continues to make upgrades to her unit and it gets better each stay. Thank you, J! Enjoyed stay at Beach Place Condo. Plenty of space for 7 adults. Kitchen well stocked. Amazing view. Appreciated 2 parking spaces as that was important when we booked. Concerns: beach area very busy on weekends due to location and master bath doesn’t have true master suite as its shared with living room. Second bathroom can only be accessed via second bedroom- this was not described / obvious in pictures/ descriptions

Great Stay!

We enjoyed this very spacious condo. The host is extremely responsive. The location is great and the view is amazing. Perfect for our family of 6 with two smaller children. I just wish we could have stayed longer we enjoyed it so much! The elevator and stairs all have codes and we never had issues if you’re doing it correctly. Very family friendly place. Pool was heated for the chillier nights.

Great stay

We had a great stay. Weather wasn’t the best but that can’t be helped, obviously. Location and condo were wonderful. A few things could have been better: I didn’t receive the door code (condo owner said Vrbo shows it was sent. I received email that looked like it would have the info but it didn’t. Then when we arrived at around midnight we didn’t have the elevator code. Luckily the condo owner responded quickly to my text. I didn’t know there would be a code or I would have made sure I had it). Internet was sporadic until we complained on the 3rd day then we saw a Spectrum (?) truck so they must have come to fix. Elevator was slow and loud but functional. Aside from that, the condo was great. Very well equipped, beds and furniture clean and comfortable, well stocked kitchen. Across the street we enjoyed lots of good restaurants and some fun shops. You wouldn’t need to rent a car if you stay here if you can get groceries delivered. Another tip: reserve lounge chairs and umbrella through Beach Services West ahead of time. They are right in front of the building on the beach. Excellent service and communication.

Worked very well for us

Condo has a great view, easy beach access, and right across from John’s Pass and all its options. Host answers any questions super fast and was a great resource. Condo bedrooms are good sized. If you’re looking for a super modern/clean condo with updated finishes, decor, and tv’s this prob isn’t your first choice. But the beds are comfortable, location for area is close to everything. We didn’t even get in our car for 4 days of the stay. The only real negative that you prob want to be aware of, is this is the last complex that is next to the bay and the gulf. So there is a public park that borders this and it was extremely loud at night. If you want to take late night walks at the beach, we were not able to without feeling unsafe for our kids. One night there were 8 police doing a man chase in the park and had our beach access blocked and the police dogs were out. There was also a large number of teenagers gathering every night that would be doing burnouts and donuts. They would also jump the fence and actually use our pool area. This was only after dark at night. When the police would show up they would leave, but they always watched for them and would come right back with no police. During the day, it’s totally fine. We would stay there again so I don’t want this to sound too bad, we felt totally safe where we stayed. Condo works well, great location by lots of options. Host is good. Host even let us check out a little late just to be nice! We’d book again

Great location and beautiful views

This condo location is great! It is right across the street from John’s pass with many shops and restaurants/bars within walking distance. The view from the master bedroom is amazing. Overall the condo was clean, however, the linens/towels were not cleaned by a professional service and the sheets/mattress pad in the master bedroom had an odor and needed to be washed prior to use on day of arrival.
