This gorgeous Gulf front condo is beautifully decorated with all the amenities and comforts of home complete with granite kitchen and new furnishings and flooring. This nicely furnished unit comes with fully equipped kitchen for cooking and entertaining, washer and dryer in unit, Wi-Fi, entertainment system with HD flat screen TV/flat screen TVs in all bedrooms. The sleeping accommodations are a king bed in the master suite, 2 queens in the second bedroom and a queen in the third bedroom.

We love the location being walking distance to restaurants and shops. You can’t beat the easy access to the beach and the views from the balcony. The owner kept in touch and responded quickly to questions.

Right across the street from St. John’s pass. Stores restaurants and bars. Really nice condo and Joanna was very helpful and always a fast response if I had questions. Would stay there again.

Great location! Beautiful condo!

We've stayed here twice now and the condo is perfect. Being so close to Johns Pass makes for easy family entertainment when we tire of the beach and pool.

Amazing sunsets!

This condo is immaculate and much larger than I expected. It has everything you need to make family meals or you can cross the street and go to John’s Pass for anything you want to do. Rent a jet ski or take a boat or kayak out once at the property there is no reason to leave. I would highly recommend this condo for your next stay.

This property was well furnished. Everything was clean. Plenty of bedding and linens. Property manager was very responsive, within 10-15 minutes I had responses to my questions.

The condo was excellent. Clean, updated and very well stocked. We cooked about half of our meals in, and had all the tools to do it with. The view and the beach were great. We would definitely recommend our friends to stay here. Thank you, The Whalen Family

Perfect Location

The condo is located perfectly, right on the beach and across the street from John's Pass. We had so much fun having coffee on the balcony, spending our days on the beach or at the pool, and our evenings enjoying John's Pass. The condo has every amenity you could want & then some. It was very clean & felt very safe with my family. Would definitely rent this condo again!!

Park the car and walk! Excellent location for walking to pubs, restaurants & touristy shopping. Overall very pleased with the property. Communication with property owner was excellent on a couple of small glitches. Quickly resolved.

Great location and beautiful views

This condo location is great! It is right across the street from John’s pass with many shops and restaurants/bars within walking distance. The view from the master bedroom is amazing. Overall the condo was clean, however, the linens/towels were not cleaned by a professional service and the sheets/mattress pad in the master bedroom had an odor and needed to be washed prior to use on day of arrival.

John’s Pass

Location was great for walking to some restaurants and place was nice. The only issue was that the garbage disposal did not work, which was okay. But the main bathroom toilet was having issues flushing and going down. They came and looked at it but think it was something deep in pipes so we just had to be careful. Owner was very responsive

Enjoyed stay at Beach Place Condo. Plenty of space for 7 adults. Kitchen well stocked. Amazing view. Appreciated 2 parking spaces as that was important when we booked. Concerns: beach area very busy on weekends due to location and master bath doesn’t have true master suite as its shared with living room. Second bathroom can only be accessed via second bedroom- this was not described / obvious in pictures/ descriptions

Great stay

We had a great stay. Weather wasn’t the best but that can’t be helped, obviously. Location and condo were wonderful. A few things could have been better: I didn’t receive the door code (condo owner said Vrbo shows it was sent. I received email that looked like it would have the info but it didn’t. Then when we arrived at around midnight we didn’t have the elevator code. Luckily the condo owner responded quickly to my text. I didn’t know there would be a code or I would have made sure I had it). Internet was sporadic until we complained on the 3rd day then we saw a Spectrum (?) truck so they must have come to fix. Elevator was slow and loud but functional. Aside from that, the condo was great. Very well equipped, beds and furniture clean and comfortable, well stocked kitchen. Across the street we enjoyed lots of good restaurants and some fun shops. You wouldn’t need to rent a car if you stay here if you can get groceries delivered. Another tip: reserve lounge chairs and umbrella through Beach Services West ahead of time. They are right in front of the building on the beach. Excellent service and communication.

The location is great. We were within walking distance to shops, restaurants and water experiences such as parasailing, jet ski rentals, and boat tours. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking equipment. We did not have children with us, but noticed high chair, crib, step stool, and stroller. Fantastic for young families. The balcony offers great views.

Wonderful Place!!

Perfect place to stay with family. The location can’t be beat. Right across the street from John’s Pass which is shopping, restaurants, bars and water activities. The owner was wonderful she answered some questions within minutes. Lovely place very clean and had everything you could possibly need.

Major details were as described onlineProblems once there- a/c not working properly in the master bedroom; dryer took 3 90 minute cycles for towels; no ice maker- 2 plastic trays?! I mean- we liked the location but would not choose this unit again.
