Attractive 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach front condo with an oversize balcony overlooking the beach and pool. Balcony entrances from both the family room and master bedroom. Enjoy the view of dolphins and the sparkling gulf. Relax to the soothing sounds of the surf while you stroll along the stunning white sand beaches, swim in the warm gulf or bask in the glorious Florida sun! Experience nature's brilliant sunset over the dazzling ocean water in our renovated and fully equipped beach condo. Heated pool and jacuzzi are surrounded by tropical plants and tropical tiki huts. Gas grill also available for use in the pool area.

PARKING: Rental includes 1 free reserved covered parking space.

POOL CLOSURE AUG 2024: The pool will fully close for 6 weeks starting Aug 5, 2024 for resurfacing and new patio paver installment. Enjoy reduced rates while having the sand in your toes and swimming in the warm Gulf of Mexico waters!

Girls trip for Birthday Celebration

Perfect location with a beautiful view of the gulf. The Host was great with details of check in and all communication. It was quiet, clean and location was great. We could easily walk to restaurants and enjoyed many walks on the beach. John’s Pass is walkable also.

Maine family vacation

Overall we had a great trip . The kids loved the beach and the pool and the unit was great . We will definitely look into renting the unit again.

Great condo

Everything was great and just as described. Paula was great as well. We have stayed at Seaview many times and this was the first year I would say the pool area wasn't open when it said it would be. That was a little frustrating for us but that is property not the condo.

Excellent condo on the beach

We truly enjoyed our stay. The condo was set up well, very clean, no issues. The kitchen is relatively well stocked with equipment. Very comfortable and clean. The only negative was that we were just above the pool and it was supposed to be quiet after 10 pm. There were several nights when people were hanging out at the pool, after 10 pm and it was not quiet. But since it was Christmas, we decided to just let it go. All in all, we would rent again.
