Enjoy beautiful sunsets from the top floor in this 2 bed, 2 bath condo!

Beautifully remodeled spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom beachfront condo on the top floor of this attractive 25-unit complex directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy sunsets and watching for dolphins from the comfort of your balcony or walk the many miles of sandy beaches. The bedrooms are on the bay side of the condo and have small balconies to enjoy sweeping views of the tranquil bay waters and dazzling night lights. The oversized living room has a sofa with chaise and 2 reclining chairs. There is also a desk that converts to a queen size murphy bed.
The heated pool and jacuzzi are surrounded by palms and tropical tiki huts if you prefer to spend some time by the pool. There is a gas grill also available for your use in the pool area. If you prefer to eat out, there are many great choices within a short walk.

PARKING: Rental includes 1 free reserved parking space. There are visitor spaces available on a first come, first serve basis and are not guaranteed.

I just returned from taking my daughter and two of her friends on a graduation trip . We chose Maderia Beach because of this condo. It is as beautiful in person as it is online. Paula was simply amazing to work with…prompt at responding, very friendly and professional and made the rental process a breeze. The property and location were simply amazing. It was close to St John’s Pass as well as a variety of restaurants. The beds are comfortable and everything in the condo is just amazing. I truly can’t wait to go back!

Great vacation

We had a great experience at Seaview. The location is is perfect for a great family vacation. The area is quiet, has restaurants really close. Located only 5 minutes from Jacob pass.

10/10!!!!! The place was beautiful and we had such an amazing time! The view was absolutely gorgeous! Everything was so clean and well taken care of!!!! I am a clean freak and it was so nice to get there and find everything just the way I like it! Having the beach towels and chairs was also very convenient! A perfect beach vacation

Loved the condo and the beautiful ocean views. Many places to walk and grab dinner or shop. The owners were very responsive and check in/out was a breeze. We loved using the chairs to sit at the beach and appreciate the nice pool area also. We spent a great deal of time just hanging out on the balcony. The condo was very clean and the bathrooms were beautiful! We hope to return again soon!

Stunning Accomodations

Our family enjoyed staying at Paula’s place at the Seaview very much! The condo is beautifully decorated, clean and had all of the necessities you’d want for a longer stay. We really appreciated the beach chairs as well. It was spacious for our family of 5, 2 adults and 3 teens. The check-in/check-out process was easy and Paula, the host, provided great communication and was very responsive! Also, the staff on site were helpful and friendly. We’ll definitely be going back.

Girls trip

My mom, sister, niece and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was even larger than we expected and well equipped with everything we could need. Our favorite part was the balcony. Great view, large and very comfortable patio furniture. We felt like we were on the beach just stepping out from the living room. Paula was very nice to work with and I highly recommend staying here.

Lovely stay

Our family of 4 had an excellent time staying at this property. The location and space were perfect. We had plenty of room and we loved all the extra beach chairs/toys for us to enjoy. Paula was on top of everything and always returned my emails promptly. We loved all the games that were in the TV cabinet. We loved the view from the balcony. We loved the proximity to the beach. We loved how mellow the entire facility was. We would definitely stay here again.

Even Better Than Expected

The unit was much nicer and larger than expected. The pictures do not do it justice. Everything was clean. The unit was fully stocked with everything needed down to beach chairs and toys. Highly recommend!

Couple get away

We all enjoyed getting away. We especially liked the convenience of being right on the beach, having a pool/hot tub and washer/dryer. Plenty of towels and everything that was needed in the kitchen. Enjoyed walking to eat, shop and other activities. Property owner provided information timely and responded quickly. Condo was as we expected. Really like the updated bathrooms. We plan to stay at this location again.

Beautiful beach condo!

From arrival to leaving, everything was perfect, except for the smoking from our neighbors out on their patio/deck. Four times we had to leave our beautiful huge patio deck and go indoors due to their smoking. Other than that, the place is very roomy and clean, had plenty of towels and beach towels, fully stocked kitchen, and just an extremely comfortable unit. We loved the location!

Perfect location

We could not be any happier with this property. The location was perfect. Quite beach location with crowd free area restaurants. The condo had everything we needed and the amount of space was a lot more than I expected. The picutres do not do the size any justice. The host was easy and quick to communicate with prior to arrival. The on site staff was a bonus for any other questions. I am already looking at dates to book again.

BEST CONDO EVER

The condo was perfect! The view was amazing! The condo was equipped with literally everything, from a fully stocked spacious kitchen, plenty of bath towels and beach towels, to a full closet of beach/pool toys along with plenty of chairs! The rooms were spacious for all 4 of us ( 2 adults, 2 kids) the balcony was perfect for breakfast every morning! Location was perfect, we walked right across the street for dinner one night and rode the trolley one night to get to dinner or called the free beach rides (for tip only) We will definitely be back! I wish I would have booked a longer stay! :)

Wonderful Christmas Break

Jeffrey the Host was amazing to deal with...any questions or concerns I had were answered within 15-30 mins. Condo decor was coastal but not overdone. The living room furniture was not only nice to look at, it was very comfortable & there was plenty of seating. The master bed was also extremely comfortable. Loved the sheets & comforter!! There was more than enough towels for both the condo & beach. Speaking of the beach the condo had everything you'd need for a great day spent there. There were only a few things that I had an issue with... one was not being able to keep it cool in the bedroom without freezing the living room. However I found small fans & that helped. Another was the master shower while extremely large it didn't have enough light. Like I said only a few issues for myself. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone. You won't be disappointed! P.S...Martha the condo manager is incredible 😊

The condo is directly on the beach. The views from the living room were amazing. We saw dolphins everyday. We had breakfast and lunch in the balcony everyday. The condo was well laid out and spacious. The bathrooms are large. The beach had wide beaches with soft sand. The condo had beach chairs, umbrellas, towels etc. for us to use.The area around the condo was nice but a few of the neighboring buildings and condos were still boarded up or under construction from the hurricanes that went through the area last year. The construction noise was minimal and was only for short periods, which did not bother us. The local people working at the restaurants and shops were friendly and genuinely happy we were at their businesses. Several stated they were glad to have customers back after last year. Communication with the host was almost immediate if we had a question. We would happily stay at this condo again.

Just returned from a wonderful stay and can't say enough about the beautiful condo. Very clean, bright, and stylish! We very much appreciated all the thoughtful touches that went into making this condo a true gem. We've stayed in many condos on Madeira, but this is, by far, the best. Ms. Paula was so easy to work with--patient, kind, and prompt--and made the entire experience seamless. Thank you for sharing your fabulous condo with us! Condo was beautiful! There was an issue with the building elevator during our stay; the owner responded quickly and building maintenance had it back up and running within a reasonable timeframe. Would definitely stay here again in future!
