Our condo at the beautiful and modern Las Brisas resort delivers the perfect blend of home and vacation that you've been looking for. This is a corner unit on the second floor with privacy and space to enjoy your Florida beach vacation. The corner units at the building spans the width of the building, so this condo gives extra space for your family to spread out. Enjoy a fantastic view of the beach and Gulf from your spacious private balcony, with plenty of room for dining or just relaxing.

Everything is provided, from a fully stocked kitchen, to clean and comfortable beach and bath towels, linens, to beach chairs and toys. The master bedroom features a comfortable King size bed, walk-in closet, and leads into the attached bathroom. The second bedroom features two full size beds, also with attached full bathroom. The large living room area offers plenty of seating space, and leads out into the beachfront balcony.

Free WiFi internet service, TV's in each bedroom, DVD with Blu-ray, and a selection of movies make it a great spot for taking a break from the beach. Swim in the the year-round beachfront heated pool, and enjoy a BBQ at the provided grill and picnic area with Tiki huts. Also included, a reserved parking space.

Full size washer and dryer in the condo for your use.

Free on-site parking for one vehicle only. Off-site parking is available for additional vehicles if necessary.

Perfect Stay on the Beach!

Our Madeira Beach vacation was incredible! We stayed in a beautiful condo on the beach, just as depicted on Verbo. It had everything we needed - 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, laundry facilities, and beach items that came in handy. The beds were comfortable, and the condo was spotless. We would definitely book again on a return trip!

Girls’ Getaway

Check in process was easy. Communication with the property owner/manager was excellent. Great location with restaurants and bars within walking distance. Nice sized balcony too. We all agreed we would stay there again.

Great spot!

We came down for a girls trip and everyone loved the property. Great location. You can't beat having a pool right on the beach. Amazing view. Loved the Reef for breakfast and Dockside Dave's for dinner - grouper and oinion rings were bomb! We will be back!

We love that area and we have vacationed their several times although this was the first time at this condo. I already spoke with someone about how dirty it was. I had to clean the floors as our feet got dirty after walking on them within the first couple hours. Besids that we had a great time

Plenty of room for 4 people

Two couples stayed and there was plenty of room. Each couple had their own bedroom and connected bathroom. Unit is furnished with enough basic necessities for 5-7 days. Nice view of Gulf. We went second week of January before busy season, so it was pretty quiet. Weather was about 70 degrees every day but it felt like 80 in the sun. Street next to condo was pretty noisy with sirens, loud music, and muscle cars, but we are all 55+, so it might be tolerable for others! Overall this was a wonderful place to stay and we recommend it.

Nice property

The property was very nice. We only had 2 issues one was a few dirty dishes in the cabinets and the other was a cabinet door came loose and was about to fall off. Texted the maintenance guy and he came right away and repaired the door hinge. He offered to wash the dirty dishes but we already had. I have rented several condos and this one in in my top list.

Love the view

Itrip was fabulous and we will attempt to reserve an iTrip property again next year. The condo was completely acceptable with a few rough edges. The dining table was sticky as if it had a poor finish. The dining chairs should have had chair pads and there some corners that really weren't clean. Still these are rather minor defects on an overall fine property. We would not hesitate to rent it again nor to reco.mend it to others.

Great Location, Beach Access, Gulf View

Nice condo right on the beach as seen in the pictures. Great beach access right outside the condo with cabanas available to rent. Convenient to restaurants, shopping, grocery store etc with John's Pass just down the street. Comfortable beds. Clean but with some permanent glass bottom stains on coffee table and end table in living area which made it look dirty but surfaces were actually clean. Adequate dishes etc. but no spices etc.Overall a bit dated with the furnishings. Limited beach supplies with no umbrella and only 3 beach towels for a condo right on the beach which can easily sleep 4 - 6 guests (Didn't make sense). Cabanas available to rent right on the beach. Excellent communication and prompt response from management company (iTrip).

the condo is big and nice for 6 people. However the listing indicated there is Visitor parking available and there isn't. So if you have 2 cars, its sort of a problem. In addition, the beautiful pool for reasons unknown was not open. I did get a refund promised but you might want to inquire if the pool is available.

We were very disappointed in this rental it was very dated and dirty. Things didn't work or was not up to par. the white ceiling fan was was so dirty it was black around the edges. The bathroom had mold on the wall behind the toilet, The caulk around the tub was also mold. The under rim of both toilets was gross, the maintenance crew spent almost an hour trying to clean and was not able to get clean. The tile floors were so dirty if you walked barefoot your feet were black. We have rented another unit in the building and it was very nice and clean.

Unit wasn’t very well equipped - no extra towels, bed linens or blankets and kitchen lacked storage containers and most everything was odd random pieces of glassware. Beach chairs falling apart. Gurgling bathroom sink nonstop due to humidifier. Mattresses in back bedroom need to be replaced. Not what we expected for the money spent!
