Pictures didn't do it justice. The little personal touches were great! Clean, ocean view, watched dolphins so many. Close walking distance to restaurants! Beach was not overcrowded. Planning out next trip back! Thank you for sharing your beautiful place with us!

The beach view was fantastic along with 5 high beach chairs on the balcony. The condo was stocked beyond my expectations. I do feel a couple more beach chairs would have been nice as well for we flew to our destination and there were 5 of us. The property was well taken care of and the beach is private and close. We all enjoyed our time spent in Madeira beach and in our rental. Everything was great! We hope to go again next year!!!!

We had a great time staying here. The condo is extremely well equipped and nice and roomy. Great views and next to the beach. Host was quick to respond to messages. Highly recommended!

Cannot say enough wonderful things. Very Clean Room. Adorable Beachy Decorations. Very Spacious. Had all appliances and kitchenware we needed. AMAZING ocean view! Living room and master bath have balcony access. Raised chairs to see ocean better on balcony amazing. Quiet beautiful beach! Everything was amazing about our stay. Will come back for sure! You will not be disappointed!!!

There was a snag in the beginning of our stay but Harry rectified the issue, great communication and he truly cares. The condo is amazing, the views are what you go to the beach to stay for, we had amazing sunsets every night for 7 nights. The patio chairs are perfect and quite comfortable! We saw dolphins every morning and a couple sharks too. The trash shoot is amazing to dispose of any garbage quickly. The unit had beach gear like chairs and odds and ends for kids toys, we didn't use but they were there. Having a full size washer and dryer was awesome and the fully equipped kitchen to make meals instead of going out all the time. Reclining living room furniture was a plus. Large dining table to eat at was nice as well. The location is perfect with John's Pass less than a mile away. All n all it was a great trip and I would recommend. Thanks

We just got home from the best family vacation at Madeira Beach with 6 of our kids. The accommodations were comfortable and clean and right on the beach. The water was warm and the waves were gentle. We spent hours in the Gulf with our kids every day. The balcony had comfortable chairs and a great spot for morning coffee and a book. We were close to John's Pass and enjoyed some wonderful restaurants for dinner. The kitchen was well stocked so breakfast and lunch were easy to plan at home. Harry responded to texts quickly... we enjoyed every day. I have absolutely no complaints! Wonderful week!

The condo was excellent. Beautiful view from the balcony. Loved sitting out there every morning and watching the Dolphins. Condo had everything you could need. Loved having the convenience of beach chairs and umbrellas. We had the perfect vacation. Only hiccup we had was our last night there we had gone out to dinner and to the pier for the sunset celebration and when we got back, somebody had parked in our space. We really didn’t know what to do about that as it was explicitly mentioned not to park in any spots other than your own, or you would be towed. I really didn’t know what to do with the situation. I tried contacting the owner, but unfortunately never got a response as I thought maybe he could help us with what we do in this situation. After quite a fiasco with trying to call the management company they finally told us just to park in any spot and we were like no we aren’t going to park in just any spot and either take someone else’s space or get towed away. They finally told us to park in the maintenance spot. That took about an hour and a half to get that all settled, which put a bit of a damper to the last of our evening. We would have much rather been packing up and sitting on the balcony, enjoying the last of our trip instead of out in a parking garage worrying over what we do with this vehicle that problem really wasn’t on the owners side. It wasn’t his fault but I do wish we could’ve had better communication about that. Other than that, everything was great.

We were very pleased with our stay at Las Brisas.The view from the 2 balconies were what we came to Madiera Beach for. The unit was cleaned and ready when we arrived. The kitchen was equipped with everything we wanted and needed. The location to both the beach and the area were perfect. We are already booked for a return trip next March. Communicating with Harry was super easy and always had a quick response.

Las Brisas is an amazing place to stay- we've been several times since 2018. The overall property management is immaculate, with clean and well-maintained grounds. The condos vary in subtle ways, but this one is our favorite. It's as though the owner is competing for a "best beach VRBO" award, and he deserves it! Great selection of books, games, beach supplies and kitchen amenities. There's kitchen bar seating and a large table, perfect for our style. Reclining living room seating a big plus. Bedrooms/bedding all very comfortable. I would say the smallest (2 twins) can be a bit stuffy, but multiple kinds of fans are provided. The place was very clean, with nice housekeeping touches.The balcony furniture is in fact exceptional, and being able to see over the top of the railing is so smart. We splurged on beach chair rental to give ourselves a little more room, but honestly you probably dont need to.Finally, I did have occasion to reach out to the ower for clarity on a few things, and was responded to almost instantly. We certainly hope to be back soon!!
