Amazing, as always!

Wonderful stay with family. Sam is an amazing host who is quick to respond when issues arise. Condo was clean and just as beautiful as our last visit. We had a surprise engagement while there. Our granddaughter chose this condo (her favorite) for her graduation trip, so her fella thought it would be a perfect place to propose. We will return!

Great place

This is a wonderful place to stay, it has everything you need, and it’s right on the beach. The condo was very spacious for the 5 of us (adults) we never felt like we were on top of each other.. We loved the bar/restaurant across the street “The Reef” Highly recommend…we’re looking forward to going back again this year.

Even though Las Brisas is an older building, condo unit 506 has some nice updates, is well-maintained, and has many amenities.

Beautiful condo!

Loved staying here. It’s so spacious, decorated beautifully and has everything you need for a beach vacation with a great view. Communication with owner is top notch. Beds super comfortable, 2 big bathrooms, good size bedrooms and a fully stocked kitchen. Full size laundry room is a nice bonus. Owner has a variety of beach equipment they allow you to use to make the most of the beach days. Already planning our week here for next year.

Great beach location

The property was as described and in a terrific location. Just a few minute walk to Winn-Dixie and many restaurants. Had a slight disconnect on the check in instructions, but was quickly resolved with good communication from the owner. Thanks for sharing yourwonderful property!!

Over all we hate a great time. Location is great. Awesome little bar across the street the Reef was very accommodating to the minor parking issue we had. Otherwise amazing weekend .

Beautiful Condo

We had an amazing time! This condo was one of the best ones we have ever stayed at! The condo is much bigger in person than the pictures show. Having a high chair, pack’n play, sand toys, beach chairs... etc were so convenient. The condo was clean and well taken care of. The master bedroom has amazing views, a comfy king size bed and a huge closet. You can’t beat the views from the balcony! We saw dolphins multiple times a day and the sunsets were gorgeous! We highly recommend this condo!

Wonderful Vacation at Las Brisas!

Our stay, of three adults, had a wonderful time at Las Brisas. The condo is spacious, has many kitchen items and utensils, and is in a perfect location. Spending time on the balcony and the beach were our two favorite places. Working with Sam, the owner, during check-in and check-out went smoothy, and I appreciated the prompt responses I received. The condo has two full-sized bathrooms and three roomy bedrooms. The king-sized bed in the master suite was super-comfortable for sleeping in, after a long day on the beach. This condo also has a large variety of beach toys and chairs. Overall, this is an excellent place to spend a relaxing vacation on Madeira Beach, and we cannot wait to return!

Great Beachfront Condo

Loved the beachfront condo, especially the large balcony where it could be accessed from the living room and the master bedroom. Great 5th floor view of the gulf! Saw dolphins out in the gulf every morning or late in the evening . So relaxing! Very private feeling. Never really heard the other tenants! This condo is very well stocked, even down to the smallest of details....from laundry soap, fabric softener sheets, bottles of aloe, beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler to sandwich bags, paper towels and paper plates...it really was appreciated to have even the little things when travelling because it's not something you pack for the trip. Definitely appreciated to have on hand! Loved having the Keurig machine, (unit also has a tea pot and a coffee maker as well if the Keurig's not your thing). With a balcony that had a GREAT view of the gulf, being able to make your own coffee and sit out on the balcony every morning and relax as the breeze came off the gulf will be one of the highlights we will remember about this place when reflecting back on our trip. Direct beach access was also a GREAT perk! The master bedroom bed and pillows were SUPER comfortable. By far THEE best sleep I've gotten on vacation. We didn't use the other two bedrooms as it was just my husband and I, but the comfort of the master bedroom was fantastic. The walk through closets between the bedroom & the bathroom (also available for another bedroom as well) was very convenient to put all of our belongings in without them being out in the open in the bedrooms. We walked the beach 1.8 miles up to John's Pass a couple of mornings to parasail & jet ski and was the perfect beach walk every morning to collect shells along the way. Loved having Screwies Bar and Grille right across the street along with a local coffee shop around the corner. Having access to a few key places made you not have to venture out so you could take in as much as you could of the beachfront itself. John's Pass is a must see. It's little shops & venues filled with ice cream, candy, & restaurants is the perfect place to entertain everyone in your group. Mad Beach Brewing had great drinks and food! Overall, a great place to stay. Only recommendation is to upgrade to some Tommy Bahama style beach chairs (ones in the closet had one broke, another ripped fabric on the seating, and a third that sat super low) & a beach wagon. Other than that, the place met & exceeded all expectations! Thanks for a great trip!

The only issue with the property was the lack of lighting in the showers, but it was not a dealbreaker. There were some issues with the cleaning crew, but that was not the fault of the owner. The Condo has a wonderful balcony overlooking the pool and is direct ocean front, for a great location for your breakfast / lunch meal. Sam has been absolutely wonderful to work with, from the first contact throughout our stay.

Great Oceanfront Condo

This was the perfect location for our ladies trip! We were all very comfortable and the layout of the condo was perfect for 4 women on vacation together. The beach access was easy and the condo is stocked with plenty of beach gear, towels and other supplies. Our host was very responsive and answered all of our questions immediately. We had a wonderful stay!

Las Brisas

This was a perfect spot! Extremely clean, beds were comfortable, kids loved it. Waking up to a beautiful waterfront view every morning was spectacular and is very missed. We were lucky enough to see dolphins almost daily swimming by us. Walking distance to everything including John’s Pass. Will definitely be back!!!

Our meeting with hurricane Idiilia

Unfortunately on arrival to this beautiful condo on the beach at Madeira Beach we were under mandatory evacuation and had to leave before unpacking our bags. The condo was beautiful and although it was dark we could see the gorgeous beach and knew it would be stunning especially at sunset. Everything was perfect with the condo but the weather had other plans. Our host was amazing and directed us to where we should head to for safety. The communication with her was consistent and supportive to our situation and I wouldn’t hesitate to book this condo again in the future.

Perfection

Our family stayed May 6-13. Absolutely beautiful condo right on the beach. Amazing restaurants right across the street and some shops well within walking distance. Sam could not have been a better hostess. We arrived early and she allowed us to check in early due to the cleaning crew being done. Kitchen is well supplied with everything you can possibly need. Tons of beach chairs and coolers etc made it so easy to relax right under your balcony. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone

Nice beach condo for 6

Nice location on Madeira Beach. Owner is terrific to deal with and very responsive to all questions. While the building is a little dated, the condo itself is well appointed and very comfortable for a group of 6. Nice balcony facing the beach, lots of beach accessories, well furnished, clean and nice atmosphere overall.

Wonderful Time

We rented with family to celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday with family in sunshine and sand. The condo was very nice with a full kitchen and use of the washer and dryer. The owner was very responsive and a great communicator providing us with all kinds of information and answered all of our questions. This place is in a great location and we pretty much walked everywhere. Would definitely stay here again!
