This was our first stay at Las Brisas in Madeira Beach and it was everything we wanted. The condo was very accommodating to our needs and had extra beach chairs to use that was nice. The beach was clean and not busy. My daughter already wants to go back.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beachfront apartment in Madeira Beach. The location was amazing, with a stunning ocean view, and the apartment was in great condition, very clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.We truly enjoyed our days there and would definitely recommend this place to others. The only suggestion we have is to consider replacing the TV in the living room, as it is quite old and we were not able to enjoy watching sports or other programs during our stay.Other than that, everything was excellent. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Staff is outstanding from making the reservation, checking in, to a few small maintenance issues. Everything was handled professionally. The location of the condo is outstanding. We truly enjoyed our vacation and are booked for next year. The location is great for both retired people and families with young kids.

The condo was good and was right on the beach. The place was in good shape, but could have used a little more thorough cleaning. There wasn't much for paper towels, garbage can liners or cleaning supplies. All in all we had a nice stay with great views right on the beach. The parking lot is under the building and parts of it only have like a 6' 5" clearing.

A week at the beach

Unit a bit dated, however the location excellent, close to everything, shops, grocery, restaurants. Property on ocean, steps to pool and beach. There is nothing better than family and the beach.

Amazing staycation

From the start the check in process could not have been easier. Everyone was super friendly and easy to work with. The moment we entered the room it was pure relaxation. We had everything we needed and this unit provided plenty of space for everyone in the family. The views were incredible, the property is beautiful and well maintained and we will definitely be back. One of the best family vacations ever!

Beautiful condo and beach

Condo was clean. Check in/check out process was easy. Beautiful beach that was never too crowded. Pool was great and not overly busy either. Several restaurants and bars within walking distance. Main road is kind of busy at times but several crosswalks to get across. Johns pass only a mile or so down the road with plenty of parking for a small fee. This was our second time staying in Las Brisas and probably will be back
