Location was perfect it had a great view of the bay from the balcony and a short walk to the beach. The condo was clean, and roomy. The host was quick to respond with any of my questions. I would definitely stay here again, highly recommend!!

Location was good. The little porch was enjoyable to be able to see the sun come up each morning. We need to clean up these areas in the condo, Floor we worked on with swifter wet and dry to get clean. Stove top had not been cleaned in some time, Coffee pot was terrible. any dishes or glasses we used we made sure they were washed prior to use. Purchased spoons glasses and other small kitchen utinsels. Condo was left much cleaner when we left than when we arrived

The Heart of Madeira Beach!

The condo was exactly as expected, and provided us a great place to stay for nearly two weeks. Terrific breakfast restaurant in the lobby area and quick, safe walk to the beach in minutes. Ample parking and smooth check-in process. The very best thing was watching the manatees in the waterway behind the resort. So much fun! Thank you, ITrip!

We stayed in the condo with my in-law and was time to remember. This 4th floor condo give you a beautiful view of intercostal water Also just cross the street is the beautiful Gulf of Mexico sugar sands beech. The condo all updated and it looks like 5 star accommodation.

Weekend Getaway

Brief weekend getaway with my collage age daughter. Great location to the beach and restaurants. I never moved my car in the 3 daya we were there. Perfect size condo. Comfortable beds. My only disappointment was the balcony. I love having my morning coffee on the balcony....the morning sun comes up and is way too intense first thing in the morning. But, i ended my day sitting on the balcony in the evening and the breeze off the bay was perfection!I really enjoyed this condo and would love to stay here again.

We had a great time here with little issues. For whatever reason the wifi login information was incorrect and no one was able to resolve the issue. There’s plenty of construction in the area, specifically next door where workers would be out at 8am with saws cutting things making a bunch of noise but with the devastation from the hurricane, I can understand that. If you have a neighbor in the above unit, you will hear footsteps so be aware of that. Outside of some of those issues, the staff here with itrip were very helpful and always reached out. I hope the next trip we take is through them because they are great and the staff is super nice. Hoping the area rebuilds and gets its legs back, things are starting to look good with little businesses and buildings still closed. We would definitely return here, thanks!

Unit was perfect. Beautiful view. My only feedback would be slightly better communication needed from rental agency. Owner of unit showed up our second night and gave us quite a fright as he was trying to get in door. We also had a maintenance person do the same. Otherwise no issues at all. Very accomodating.

Great Accommodations but horrible parking

The location and the condo were fantastic. The struggle is the parking. Due to the condos sharing a very small parking lot with 2 restaurants and 2 businesses there wasn't any designated parking for people staying at the condo. First come first serve is what I got from property mgmt when i asked about designated parking. Not ideal when people spend a lot of money to rent a condo. At a minimum there should be designated parking for people staying. I would leave in the morning to go play pickleball and come back a couple hours later around 10ish and would have to wait in the entrance of parking for someone to leave so I could park. Super frustrating. Also, if you have a vehicle larger than a 1500 truck, you are extremely limited to parking and it gets tricky trying to park the 1500. If you plan on parking and not moving your vehicle, you'll be fine. The only other thing is the water pressure in the shower is horrible. Again, if the parking or water pressure weren't an issue I would stay here when I am down there every couple of months.
