Staff very attentive. Pool not heated, but refreshing. Appreciated recommendations for meals. Sloppy Joes, Pia Tratoria ( needed reservation) were delicious. We enjoyed the Drum Circle on Sunday.

Amazing Family Beach Vacation

We had an amazing family vacation here. The view is beautiful and you are just a few steps away from the sand between your toes. Each day we saw dolphins and manatees that were close enough to feel their waves. The pool was refreshing and a nice break from the heat. Unit was comfortable and quiet. We will definitely be back!

Great location on the beach. Property was clean. Could use a bigger and newer coffee maker though. Has a keurig for those that use them. Very quiet, no problem parking. Will definitely use again if we return to Treasure Island.

The owner left us wine & scratch off.Cons: older building, only one elevator working, no shampoo, conditioner, or Starbucks k-cups as stated. Shower leaks water on floor. Blower dryer quit working.Had to park across the street the whole time parking horrible. I would recommend new linens comforter & sheets stained.

Island Inn stay thru VRBO Review

The view was absolutely gorgeous and well worth the stay. Could hear the Gulf water/ waves 24/ 7. The room is really smaller than the pictures portrayed. Guessing about 500 square feet, if that. The shower pressure felt as if you were getting sprayed by a power washer and no way to change pressure. Needs a different shower head for so pressure isn’t as strong. Was unable to find local channels on the tv. Had to load my personal cable tv app. And there was a lot of semi final football going on at time. In finishing, the sunsets were gorgeous and beautiful every night. Was a beautiful stay!

In need of a deep cleaning

I typically won't ever leave a review unless it is a positive one, however I think it is necessary so others will know what to expect. When we arrived we typically always check the bed first. The sheets had staining throughout. I have no doubt they were laundered but with the amount of staining they should not have been used. Contacted host and they did have someone come within a few hours to replace the sheets. (We did meet with one of the cleaners who assured us the sheets were clean just stained) Guess what...the new sheets had stains too! We basically dropped our luggage off and went to dinner. It was my mistake by not checking other things when I contacted host about the sheets because once we returned to the unit we realized there was unreasonable amounts of sand throughout the condo. I get it, its a beach resort there will be sand but this was excessive. We literally had to keep towels by the bed to wipe our feet off before getting into the bed. Once I got in the shower it also had a thick layer of sand around the edges of the inside of shower not to mention a nice big wad of hair. Again another sign that things were not cleaned properly ahead of our stay. By the time I was in the shower it was 11 PM and since I had already contacted the host once we just decided to wipe up the shower the best we could and dealt with it. The view is beautiful and we enjoyed the location but we would not stay here again.

The view was amazing. A little too far to the beach and you can't really hear the waves from the balcony. The door leading into the room was very drafty. It was windy the entire weekend and all you could hear was the wind howl through the door and the traffic. It was easily walkable to shops and restaurants. The water pressure in the shower was amazing. The ladies in the office were very pleasant. We flew in early that morning and spent the day exploring but the host let us check in early since the room was ready and we had to leave early Sunday. Overall, it was pleasant.

Nice Condo, clean room, great view. The beach was lovely. The mattress on the sofa bed was very thin. They were refinishing the stairwells while we were there, so it was noisy during the day.

Simply paradise! This was our second stay, and we have already started our countdown for next year. Had an issue and messaged maintenance- very responsive and helpful. The room is perfect, the view is amazing, and the staff is so friendly. We love everything about it. Only suggestion I would make is a small inexpensive upright or dust buster would come handy:) We also left 2 new chairs for the next occupants. I hope everyone enjoys it as much as we do.

Perfect ocean view, room was as stated in photos. Nice quiet area. Had one small mishap with the door, the batteries in the key went out. After contacting the host and maintenance, it was quickly resolved and there were no more issues. Covered parking is nice. There are beach chairs, umbrella and pool noodles in the room to use. You can also rent cabanas and chairs on the beach and it’s reasonable rates. They also allow to rent for several hours or all day.

Easy check in, easy beach access. Floors in the room were filthy…even after we reported it, the guy that came to mop and clean restroom had no idea what he was doing. The pictures are after he supposedly cleaned it again. Dishes could be updated. Parking was a joke. We will not be back.
