Beautiful location with breath taking views of the ocean

We came down for college tours, but were able to turn it into a relaxing vacation with this location. Beautiful views, direct access to the beach and lots to do in the area. The condo was clean and comfortable with many accommodations. I would definitely stay here again if heading down to the St Pete’s/Tampa Bay Area.

Overall the property was great. Parking was awesome. Check in a breeze. Condo had some upgrades in kitchen and bathrooms. Couch and chair were very dated. Cookware needs to be replace as all the teflon was scratched and not safe for use. Cooking utensils were plastic and melted. Bedding in second bedroom was very old and bed kinda firm. All in all though we enjoyed our stay.

Great rental, best vacation stay of my life!!

The Oceana Rental at Treasure Island was by far the best vacation stay of my life. Very clean, updated, comfortable, quiet and close to the beach and pool! We absolutely loved this stay. Water pressure could be higher but it is what it is with a unit like this. I will definitely be coming here again!

Beautiful spot on the beach

Oceana is a great location, with spectacular views right on the beach. Plenty of room for a family of four. Elevators and luggage carts made moving in and out easy. Parking was a little tight if you’re in an oversized vehicle.

We really enjoyed this beautiful property. It was so easy to get from the beach to the room which was important with kids and all the beach gear. The waves were perfect to play in and the condo had beach gear for us to use. We had a great time.

Great place

Lots of room, great view. Only complaints are that the floor was very dirty, not sand, like our feet were black within 5 minutes so left shoes on anytime we were inside. Also, the sofa and chair are not as pictured. look very worn. Everything else was great!

Great Location and Overall Value

This property was exactly as advertised, steps away from the beach, and close (but not too close) to all the restaurants and Publix of Treasure Island. A great place for families to stay at a reasonable rate compared to other listings. Owner was in constant communication and provided a list of things to do. Check in process with the front desk was easy, and helpful. Only drawbacks I would say were the floors were a bit sandy feeling when we got there but overall place was clean. We always do a cleaning job ourselves. Also a real lack of water pressure in the showers. Would absolutely stay here again.

Quick Weekend stay

We kept our reservation understanding the community was still in recovery from the recent hurricanes, so was very accepting of they cleanup happening and some services not being available. The place was great and the people we worked with were pleasant and very informed. Unfortunately the place had a stale smell that we were able to eliminate by leaving doors/windows open the first 24 hours. Also, the general cleanliness of things like dishes and bathrooms were things that were less than expected and not impacted by the hurricane. So if the place has a proper cleaning, it would be a 5 start review.

We loved the view and the quick walk to the beach. I would like to strongly suggest investing in a new chair and couch and even a new bed for the primary. I honestly didn’t sit on the living room furniture without placing a blanket on them. They felt old and dirty not what I would have expected versus what we paid for our quick stay. A small upgrade like that would go a long way.

Oceana Treasure Island

I have stayed at Oceana before, different unit, this unit was not as nice as the other. Repairs in bathroom (towel holders) looked pretty bad, and the overall cleanliness was just not up to par for the price of rental unit.. as mentioned before by others, the floors are dirty (not sand dirt) just dirty in a sense my feet were black from walking on them…overall stay was nice, and property manager responded both times right away with answers to my questions…. Overall, great stay. Beautiful view and beautiful beach. Cleanliness was ok, wish the floors had been mopped. Also wish there were more utensils in the kitchen to cook with. The guest bathroom sink did not drain properly. But aside for those, we would stay here again.

We arrived and checked in across the street. Each condo has own parking spot next to beach and pool. Pool/hot tub clean. Elevator to unit. Unit was on 4th floor and looked out over pool/beach. You cannot see other balconies. Unit was clean and beds comfortable. Kitchen lacks a casserole/oven pan. The bath towels are fluffy. There were beach towels and chairs. I would book again.
