Good location. Close to Publix. DD and ice cream shop across the road. Good amount of restaurant choices close by. We received simple check in instructions before our arrival and check in was a breeze. The condo was clean with nice view of the ocean. The condo had beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels. The property is great! The building is walking distance to Dunkin’ Donuts and several great restaurants. The unit is a little dated, but has absolutely everything you need. Beds were super comfortable and love the extra touch of amazing AC system, big fans in both bedrooms, beach towels and balcony table/chairs.

Perfect Beach Getaway

Very clean and comfortable. Right by the stairs to go to the pool/beach. There is an elevator in the lobby but stairs are faster if your physically comfortable with them. There is a Dunkin right across the street which is very convenient.

3rd Stay here

This was our 3rd stay here in 302. Everything was great as usual. The kids call this “the Florida home” and it is like our home away from home! We love the location of it, the extras in the beach closet are always a plus & the new flooring in the bedrooms was a nice surprise! We look forward to booking again next year!
