Modern and Elegant Resort. This small (36 units), peaceful, and private building boasts some of the most outstanding views that the Island can offer.



-- Private balcony on the 5th floor to enjoy Sunrise to Sunset in the glorious Florida sun overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The luxury condo is furnished beautifully.



-- Upscale kitchen complete with granite counter tops and stainless appliances.



-- Well appointed living room, with flat screen TV, new Queen size sleep sofa, additional seating, dining area, and direct access to the nicely furnished balcony.



-- Master bedroom with en suite bathroom, features a King size bed, flat screen TV, and direct access to the private balcony.



-- Second bedroom includes a Queen size bed and flat screen TV. The second bathroom with tub/shower is just off the main area with easy and private access from the second bedroom.



-- Washer and dryer in the condo. No-charge closet safe. Complete with all linens, bath and beach towels, kitchen utensils and cookware. Free high speed WiFi provided.



-- Heated swimming pool and hot tub, just a few steps from the beach. Just a few moments walk up to the downtown Treasure Island causeway, near

restaurants and shopping. Only a short trolley ride up to John's Pass Village.

Excellent stay for a long weekend for 2 couples. Very clean, all the amenities you’d need. The exterior of the building is going through storm renovations, but that didn’t cause any issues whatsoever with our stay. Great views of the beach from the 5th floor, and overlooking the pool. If our travels bring us back to Treaure Island/St Petersburg, we’d stay again!

Good view and very clean. The guest bathroom and toilet could use some updating but overall a great spot and location. Construction and painting of outside of buildings started early. Will likely be very nice when they are done. Convenient to everything.

Nice condo in the heart of Treasure Island

The condo is very nice, very spacious and it was great having 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Kitchen was functional. Probably my favorite feature was the balcony facing the ocean, and how close it was to the beach.

The location was key and the cleanliness was greatly appreciated. Not sure how the check-in process would have worked if we had got there after 5pm but went very smooth for us since we did. Loved that we had a parking spot inside.

Great view & location

The pictures were accurate of the condo, it was nice and clean. Loved sitting on the balcony. Looking at the beach and the pool. Had very minor issues with the plumbing and they were out the same day to correct it. Overall I would definitely stay there again.
