This beautifully decorated 3 bedroom/ 2 bath OCEANFRONT condominium sits on one of the most pristine sandy white beaches in the western Gulf of Mexico- Madeira Beach. Our smaller complex offers the seclusion and privacy of a romantic get-a-way for two or can accommodate a family vacation filled with endless activities both on-site and within walking distance from the property.

This recently renovated unit is tastefully decorated with a light and airy beach feel. The interior features 1500 square feet of modern living space with a completely remodeled kitchen with farm-sink, coffee bar, and new tile floors offering a modern beach retreat. The open floor plan and modern touches provide a sense of calm from the moment you walk through the front door.

The fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and an eat-in bar with seating for three.

The living/dining room combination offers ample seating for large groups including a large dining room table with seating for six, a brand-new oversized sectional sofa, and 52' wall mount L.E.D. television complete with DVD player.

Let's talk about the views!! The sliding glass doors in both the family room and Master bedroom allow an unobstructed view of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.

The PRIVATE Balcony, complete with a patio table and seating for four along with comfortable lounge chairs for your relaxation, is perfect for dolphin watching, enjoying your morning coffee, and taking in some of the most beautiful sunsets on Earth. The balcony is 270 square feet.

The master bedroom is furnished with a high-end King size bed, L.E.D. television, walk-in closet, and adjacent private dressing area with mirror & vanity stool. The master bath features granite countertops, a glass-enclosed oversized shower, and well-maintained ceramic tile.

The first guest bedroom includes a high-end king-size bed and wall-mount t.v. while the second guest bedroom includes one full and one queen bed and a t.v.. Both bedrooms are adjacent to the guest bath complete with new cabinets, gorgeous tile, and granite countertops.

This condo also has an in-suite laundry with a newer washer and dryer, iron with ironing board, and linens. There is also telephone service, free wireless internet, one designated and covered parking spot.

Seaview is one of the few condominium complexes to offer both a heated pool (82 degrees) and hot tub (104 degrees) directly on the beach. Enjoy dolphins playing in the ocean or watch one of Madeira's stunning sunsets while relaxing in our beautiful pool or hot tub.

Excellent condo with amazing view

This property is excellent for a holiday stay at Madeira Beach. The location is central with good transport links to John’s Pass and other areas in St. Pete’s. There is plenty of room in the property for a party of 5 and in fact there would have been room for more. The kitchen was very well equipped and the bathrooms were of a high standard. It was very clean and tidy, though the bedroom furniture in the two back rooms was quite shabby. The beds in particular were soft and uncomfortable, though this is a personal taste. The view was beautiful and the facilities in the apartment block were well maintained and clean. The pool was warm and clean and access to the beach was great. If there was one complaint it would be the noise. The back bedrooms face the road which is extremely busy and the traffic is non stop, plus the lift mechanism is noisy. If you’re unlucky enough to have to sleep in the back bring your ear plugs! Otherwise a wonderful stay.

The property was nice. The front bedroom is a bit small to have a king size bed. The master is very spacious but needed some general maintenance light bulbs batteries. The living area was very nice but also needed some general maintenance chair legs were loose. Kitchen needed some regular supplies.

Spring break Getaway

Great place, loved the pool and close access to the beach. Restaurants are close by. Kitchen is large and well equipped, large bathrooms. Loved the balcony great view of sunsets!

Great location, great beach!

Super convenient location with great pool and spa. Beach was super accessible and had lovely weather. I would recommend bringing some essentials if you are staying for a week. Condo was well stocked for reusable items, but lacked a healthy supply of basics. (Soap, bath tissue, garbage bags) All in all was a great stay and would book again for future visits.
