Inside, you'll find bright, open living spaces with coastal décor, marble floors, and everything you need to unpack, relax, and never leave. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space for cooking in. 3BR/3BA sleeps 6 — king + 2 queens, 2 indoor baths + private 3rd full bath on the side + freestanding outdoor rinse shower. The in-unit washer and dryer keeps extended stays easy.

Outside is where the magic happens. Unwind at the private tiki bar with drinks and lounge on the deck. The property is fully enclosed by a privacy fence — your own private sanctuary from the world.

You're nestled on Gulf Boulevard in the heart of Madeira Beach — one of Florida's most beloved beach communities. Step off the property and you're a short stroll from world-famous John's Pass Village & Boardwalk, with waterfront dining, live music, boutique shops, fishing charters, dolphin tours, jet ski rentals, and sunset cruises. Caddy's, Cafe Corner, and Fishbusterz are all walkable. Everything you'd want from a Florida beach vacation is right outside your door.

Guest access:
You have full, private access to the entire home — all three bedrooms, three baths, the full kitchen, the deck, and the tiki bar. Private parking for up to 3 vehicles directly in front of the property. Keypad self check-in means arrival on your schedule, no coordination needed.

A note about the location:
The property sits on Gulf Blvd, Madeira Beach's main coastal road. While you may hear some passing traffic from outdoors, the solid block construction and privacy fence create a noticeably quiet, peaceful interior — guests consistently remark how tranquil it feels once you're inside. We loved this stay. The house was very clean, so many nice extra touches from having equipment (wagon, umbrella, water toys) for a beach excursion but also coffee condiments, hand soap, soft toilet paper just things that you would find if you stayed with a relative. Any frequent traveler can tell you how much difference these little personal touches make for stays. We loved being so close to the trolley stop, beach and an outdoor space too. If we could give this retreat 10 stars we would.

Yes the host was very responsive to any questions we had. The house was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We were surprised that the house was advertised as on beach but is not on beach. You can not even see the beach from anywhere on the property. We were looking forward to enjoying having coffee watching the ocean and beautiful sunsets and that was not possible from the house.

This property was Amazing! Super close to the beach, walking distance to St John’s Pass, clean and well stocked! And the best part for us toddler parents…it didn’t have a million breakable knick knacks for decor. We actually didn’t have to move anything out of fear he would break something! They also provided beach towel, chairs, umbrellas, etc! Anytime I had a question the owner was quick to respond! We will definitely stay here again if available in the future!

Family vacation

Our vacation experience at this property was exceptional! The beach was readily accessible, just a short walk from the house. The hosts had thoughtfully provided all the necessary amenities, including beach chairs, towels, and toys. The tiki bar located at the rear of the property was an ideal spot to grab lunch after spending time at the beach. Additionally, the comfortable beds and the convenience of having a washer and dryer on the premises contributed to a truly wonderful and relaxing week.
