Beautiful spot on the beach

Location, location, location! This place is situated perfectly on Maderia Beach. It’s within walking distance of several great eateries, mini golf, etc. It’s also on the trolley line that runs between St. Pete Beach and Clearwater. The sand is perfect with nice chaise loungers available for rent.

Great stay!

Great stay-great views. Easy check in and check out process. Had a minor toilet issue that was taken care of promptly. If there was a negative, it would be lack of staple items such as dish soap,,trash bags, etc. Overall very pleased!

Girlfriends Week in AZ

We had a wonderful time staying at this home. So very quiet and clean. We went in the clean large pool every single day! Loved it! We had fun taking the Old Town Scottsdale golf cart taxi back to the house after dinner. I would stay here again. 100%

Great place. We had planned a celebration which required a DVD player which was on the list of things in the condo but was not there. Otherwise we had a great time and would definitely go back

Nice location. Check in wad a breeze. The condo wasn't the cleanest. The floor needed a good mopping and dishes were put away dirty. Over all it was nice suited us very good. Thank you.

The location was perfect. A little noisy with the neighbors upstairs but hey, you’re in a condo so you have to expect that. Overall, the place served our purpose and the sunsets alone made up for any noise.

There were lots of other tenants in the building but we didn't hear a peep from anyone, it is very sound proof. The condo was very clean and comfortable. It had all the amenities we needed for us and our six kids ages 10-18.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was great! There was plenty of room for my husband and I and 4 teenagers. The kitchen was great for meals in and the grill downstairs was nice also. There are a nice selection of restaurants and bars as well as shopping close by. We would definitely return to the area and to this condo.

Parking issues

We didn’t realize there was dedicated parking and the parking pass was hidden in the corner of the kitchen, needless to say our car was towed. Also every time we returned from an adventure Someone was in our parking spot. We wasted a great deal dealing with the parking but the actual condo was great!

This property is horrible at best !!!

The property was dirty. The furniture is just nasty. The elevator to this property was down/broken (my mother is 80!! ~ not gonna work for us ) The deck furniture was broken .. DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY... however, there was a silver lining. The property manager Rudy and check-in specialist Gail were beyond great !!! Because I was so unhappy with this property, they did move us to a very nice property ..Villa Madeira.

Flamingo bedroom bed frame is completely cracked in half, washer and dryer need to be replaced soon! Bring your own Kleenex, dish soap and laundry soap. This rental does not even supply one box of Kleenex, no dish soap at all or even one starter box of laundry soap. Great view of the beach. WiFi was intermittent the entire time and had to reset it numerous times. After rains Saturday evening, homeless man sleeping under steps when u open door to enter upstairs off of parking lot.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo itself was great.. Great view to the beach. It had everything that my family and i needed. It felt like i was home. Definitely i would stay at the Brisas again. I only had two issues. 1. was the parking. I knew that they were going to he doing some work during our stay. But we were not aware that the contractor was going to take our parking space. Luckily, i was able to park in another space. The 2nd issue was the beds. They made a lot of noise. Other than that. I will definitely be staying at the Brisas in the future.

Had a good time, area was nice, but would not rent this unit again

Getting there and check in was all easy, it was exactly as described in the ad. Nice location with a beautiful view of the beach and gulf. The condo was large enough to accommodate our entire family including six adults and three kids. The only issue we had was with the parking; the unit has only one assigned parking spot and we had two rental cars to get our entire family there and around while there. There is no additional visitor parking and the other parking in the area is all tow away zones and strictly enforced. We attempted to contact the property management several times for guidance, but they did not return our calls or messages. Was very frustrated with the situation an very disappointed they did not return our calls. After much running around, we finally had to purchase a parking pass from the Madeira Beach City Hall ($125) and park a mile down the street…it was very inconvenient! If we had known about the parking limitation ahead of time we could have made other arrangements - be aware.

The view and location were amazing! The condo had a good amount of space for our family and the beds were comfortable. The beach chairs and beach supplies were a nice addition. Overall we had a great stay. I would recommend that the kitchen supplies be updated and for a few extra bath towels to be available.Great place for a family to stay!

We enjoyed the beach front condo. There were a few minor inconveniences such as no ice in the ice maker and we couldn’t get the living room tv to work the whole stay. Otherwise, no complaints. It was good for what we needed!

2nd stay @202

The location is great, literally right on the beach. The pool is nice to cool off in, small but fun. The condo itself is nice, the bedrooms are exactly how they are pictured. We all slept well. We had 5 guests and plenty of space. The unit has some wear and tear, which is to be expected, just a heads up if you are a perfectionist. I would go back for a 3rd time, if time allowed.

Nice but very dirty

The place was nice, the location, beach access the beds were comfortable. There were roaches The bedspreads were brown with dirt. The laundry room was cluttered with a disgusting dirty mop and bucket. The toilets were dirty around the rims. Not paper towels or toilet paper. I heavy picture fell off the wall because it was not hung properly. Thank god my daughter had left the night before because it fell on the bed. I can go on but I’m not . I suggest you get a new cleaning service

Fantastic view and plenty of room

The property had a fantastic view and plenty of space. We had seven adults with us and there was room for all. The only issue that we had was the fact that there is only one parking space. Since we had seven adults with us we needed to vehicles. We had to purchase parking from the hotel across the street which wasn't too terrible. Overall a very good stay!

Great location, good apartment

The location of this apartment is the highlight. right on the beach, easy access. quite and relaxing. however, it goes downhill from there. The apartment was old, outdated. bathroom toilet continues to run all day long. master bed room door can't open/shut properly. apartment floor was dirty.
