We had a great stay! The house had plenty of room to spread out, the pool was great (and the hosts warmed it up a bit when we asked!) and it was very close to several great beaches. We also had an easy time communicating with the hosts - it was one of the smoothest house rentals we've had. Definitely recommended!

The house was great, it looked like almost everything was new and the pool was amazing. Good location, convenient to the beach without the congestion of staying on the beach. The owner was very responsive when we had questions.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home! We came as a family to relax, hit the beach, and enjoy some quality time by the pool—and this place delivered on all fronts. The house was clean, well-stocked, and incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was perfect for our family meals and late-night snacks (and maybe a few too many beachy cocktails!).The owners were amazing—super communicative, friendly, and quick to respond to any questions. You can tell they truly care about their guests’ experience.We made so many special memories here, and we’re already talking about when we can come back. Sweet Home in Seminole

This 4-bedroom home was perfect for our stay. Situated in Seminole, Florida, it provided easy access to the beaches (3-minute drive) and close to some great neighboring restaurants (Salt Rock Grill & ClearSky on Park). The heated pool was a big hit for our children and the house had all the amenities that made it feel like a home away from home. The hosts were very responsive and even called me before our visit to see if we had any questions and to tell us more about the property. Everything looked brand new and it was a bonus that we could use the beach chairs & cooler for our sand volleyball tournament in Clearwater. I highly recommend this place!

We enjoyed our stay at this property and appreciated how spacious it was. The layout gave us plenty of room, the beds were comfortable, and the location was great for what we needed. The pool was also a highlight — although we didn’t realize ahead of time that pool heating was an additional charge, and without it the water was quite cold.There were a few things that could improve the overall experience. The check-in process felt a bit cumbersome with a lengthy phone call and multiple texts before arrival. The front door lock and pool alarm system were also not the easiest to navigate. I was surprised by the requirement for a signed lease and copy of a driver’s license, as that felt like a lot of information to provide for a simple vacation rental.The home had almost everything we needed, but there were some small maintenance and comfort items worth noting. The kitchen curtains were too small for the window and the tension rod fell down, and the shower curtain rod also came down during our stay. A few kitchen cabinets appeared to need repair. The kitchen was somewhat minimalist with limited plates and cups which is challenging when making multiple meals. It could use a few small tables in the living room to put things down.Overall, we enjoyed the space, the comfortable beds, the pool area, and the location. With some small updates and a smoother check-in process, this property could be exceptional.
