Located within a short walk to 2 beach accesses, this beautiful 4 bedroom/ 3 bath beach home is perfect for your family vacation! Well appointed with granite countertops, breakfast bar, updated bathrooms, and elegant fixtures. Lounge around in the spacious open dining / living room. Large windows offer tons of natural light. All the bedrooms provide plenty of closet space. There are 2 king beds, 2 full beds, 1 queen bed. The beautifully landscaped back yard features a beach style walk-in salt water pool surrounded by lounge chairs to sit and relax while grilling out and enjoying Florida’s beautiful warm weather. Two balconies offer perfect settings to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail. There is a community boat ramp across the street. Kolb Park and playground, local restaurants, bars and shopping are just a just a short walk away. The home includes a washer and dryer as well as Wi-Fi internet access. Zero entry heated pool.
