Welcome to the the Beach Paradise home by Clearwater Beach Vacation homes BTR #1763

Beach Paradise is a beautiful vacation home located just steps from the beach. It features 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 modern bathrooms, offering a perfect setting for a relaxing and enjoyable seaside escape.

-Guests will have full access to the home
- 4 bed, 3 bath
- Sleeps up to 10 adults.
-Keyless entry
-2 min walk to 10th Ave Park
-5 min walk to 10th Ave beach entrance
-7 min walk to Groupers on the Gulf

Need to Know

-Renters between ages 18-25 must pay REFUNDABLE damage deposit of $1,000.
-Property is monitored by a camera NE facing the driveway and another on the SW corner looking to the backyard.
-After booking you must sign a contract and send a copy of your ID. YOU HAVE TO SEND IT WITHIN THE FIRST 24 HRS.
-Dogs are welcome with a $150 pet fee per pet
-Down payments are either $1000 or 10% of your total (whatever is greater-than)

Essentials:
-Bed linens and bath towels are provided for guests use.
-Basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, and garbage bags are also provided to get you started with your stay.
-Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and kitchen ware.

Note: Pool heaters run from Nov 1-April 1 (if pool is not reaching 80 degrees earlier then Nov 1, then we will turn the heater on for your stay, otherwise if the temp is 80 or above we will keep it off. Pool heaters do not run 24 hours a day. Pool pumps run 8-12 hours a day and that is when the pool heaters work. Additionally, pool heaters may not reach temp if when temps drop into the 50s or lower.

Please be advised: Due to our property management account with VRBO, we collect the remaining balance if you are outside the 60-day window after your check-in date and after your down payment has been made. Payment can be made via PayPal with a 4% convenience fee, Zelle with no fee, Venmo with no fee if sent as friends and family, check with no fee, or credit card with a 4% convenience fee. (only for the balance and not the initial down payment)

Amazing week!

We did a moms and sons Spring Break this year and picked this great house on 10th Ave! The property was perfect for us - we stashed all the boys (16 and 17 year olds) upstairs on the HUGE master. The location was perfect as well - the boys walked to the beach every day and the moms were able to hang in the pool at the house!

Pool was warm and clean and house was spotless when we arrived. One burnt out light was fixed promptly. Late checkout request was accommodated. Property fits our needs beautifully. Already booked for next March. We love IRB’s quiet vibe and this particular location, one of 4 we’ve stayed in.

Location is great, golf cart rental is a nice addition. The upstairs separate quarters was great for kids. Pool area is not huge but does the trick. Host was very responsive and provided everything we needed to have an enjoyable stay. The house was clean and everything was fully functional.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Comfortable and clean with a functional kitchen. The location couldn't have been better--just a couple minutes walk from a beautiful beach. Indian Rocks Beach is a quiet, low key beach town that we really enjoyed. I am a runner and the running options were excellent. The pool at the house was the crown in the jewel for after a day at the beach.

Check in went very smoothly. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. The photos do make the place look bigger, however it accommodated our family perfectly. The kids loved the pool (we all did) and arcade game. Overall was a great place, great experience and will rent from them again.

House overall nice however pictures make it look bigger than it is. Pool area could use some tlc and landscaping needs cleaned up. Tiles missing in the hot tub area that really isn’t a hot tub. We had an issue with some water but the mgmt was super fast to respond and end up putting us in another house which was FANTASTIC AND BEAUTIFUL. Very clean when we arrived, well maintained and the mgmt very quickly to answer any question. Hope I can review and rate the other house as I would give it more than 5 fives at the other location and will return next year for sure to the second house we stayed in

We were extremely happy with Beach paradise. This home has a resort like patio & pool . 5 minute walk from Indian Rocks Beach . We rented a golf cart from the owners ( highly recommended) . House is in a great neighborhood with a park/playground 2 minutes away. House has been remodeled...very clean inside and out. We will be returning!

This property could not have been more perfect. We had 5 adults and 2 children and everyone had their own space. The pool was amazing!! Well maintained and a little oasis. The neighborhood was quiet and we were able to use the rented golf cart to get everywhere we wanted. We are already talking about coming back! The host was also very communicative and answered our questions quickly.

Truely a Beach Paradise

The property has been restored to its pre-hurricane condition with brand new appliances and furniture. A short walk to the beach, but hard to leave the beautiful, heated, pool. Room for everyone to spread out inside and outside. Alan is available by text or phone and will address any issues you encounter immediately.
