Everything was great! Well stocked kitchen. A lot of room for all. Good furnishings. The only issue is the sun at the pool is blocked by mid afternoon. Wagon with beach chairs is a nice feature when going to the beach.

The apartment is perfect for two or three couples. It's really comfortable and well placed. Everything was clean and organized. It's very equipped with good forfeitures and kitchen tools. It also has beach stuff.

We loved our stay! Check in was extremely easy! Everything was clean and kitchen was stocked with utensils. Location is amazing. We had an issue with a wobbly bed and maintenance cane and responded quickly. We would definitely stay again.

Absolutely Beautiful

First, the condo is so beautiful and tons of space. Having bathrooms for each individual room was a great feature as well. Sitting in the morning drinking coffee on the porth looking at the bay was so relaxing and peaceful. It was a small walk to the beach but could park close as well. There are tons of places to eat and shop near by. I will absolutely request this place again when we come back to Clearwater. And we will be back to Clearwater! Best Family vacation we have taken.

The condo needs some work. The beds were very uncomfortable that we had to go buy a mattress pad and the king size guest bed made so much noise every time one of us moved it woke the other one up. There was mold on the bottom of the outside guest bathroom shower and the hinges were falling off the bathroom door so you had to slam it to get it closed. The toilet lid in the third bathroom was falling off. The last day we tried to swim there was dog poop in the pool so I contacted someone but they never got back to us. Definitely one of the worst places we’ve ever stayed.

Unfortunately there is always one in the Crowd. The “mold” was some dirt which honestly you most likely put there. Mattresses are very subjective and luckily we have many many other reviews that will show everyone that all your claims are just false. Good luck to you and to your next host.

Cannot say enough how great this stay was. The place is within 1 mile both to the north and to the south of so many restaurants, shops, and of course the beach. It was very clean, the rooms were spacious, the furniture was very comfy, and the hosts (and previous guests) were generous with the toiletries provided. 5 stars!

Very nice accommodations exactly as described!!

Great Place for a Vacation

We were very pleased with our stay at this property. It is within walking distance of the beach and restaurants, but on a quiet street away from the noise. The condo is virtually new and as described on line. The beach chairs and umbrella came in handy. We will definitely book here again when visiting the Clearwater area.

Everything was great, we had a wonderful vacation. The place was clean and ideal for the family. The location was close to everything. Walking anywhere was easy, especially to the beach. The addition of the pool was great to cool off in at the end of the day. The place was very clean and any needs were taken care of immediately. Diane was great and communicated with us whenever something came up! Would stay here again.

South end of Clearwater Beach

This Condo is huge! Very clean, spacious, and well stocked for our two families for the week. The bedrooms and bath rooms were super spacious especially the Master Suite. The balcony view from the Master Suite and living room, were beautiful and the balcony was a great place where we spent a lot of time. Sunrises were fantastic sitting out there as well! This condo is just off the beaten path and on the southern end of the island, but it was perfect to get to everything. We had our own parking space, but there was plenty of parking for our son's truck in the "Guest" spots. Pool was incredibly clean and felt amazing to be in. I cannot say enough great things about this condo. I highly recommend it especially if you need space for smaller children. The only thing it does not have, is items to take to the beach. You will need to bring your own chairs or buy/rent them there. You can rent the chairs and umbrellas on the beach. You will not be disappointed with this condo. Thank you for a wonderful week and memories as a family!
