Relax in the private, heated, salt-water pool or 8 person hot tub overlooking a pond, protected by a lanai to keep bugs and wildlife out. Kick back on the well-furnished back patio or unwind in the air-conditioned home. If you're in the mood for some games, foosball or air hockey is available. Backyard comes with a full grill with mini fridge for refreshments. Essential amenities include a washer/dryer and a full kitchen complete with a breakfast peninsula.

During cooler months, the pool is heated to a comfortable 80*.
Streaming services are available with guests' accounts.
Please note: Only starter supplies are supplied for your stay. 1 toilet paper roll per bathroom, 1 paper towel roll for the kitchen, one set of soap bar /travel size shampoo and conditioner-travel size per bathroom, one small dish soap bottle.

36-inch dog crate with attached food/ water bowls is provided.
Evening quiet hours begin at 10PM.
Dogs up to 50LBS are allowed. No other pets allowed without specific approval from host.
