This affordable two bedroom has everything you need to enjoy your home away from home: big screen TV, full kitchen, beautifully decorated, nice bar, outside lanai area for entertainment, stereo, washer/dryer, mountain bikes, roller blades, beach chairs, pots and pans, complete linens, large garage, charcoal barbecue, charcoal smoker, large gas barbecue. Honeymoon Island and Caldesi Beach minutes away, Clearwater beach 15 minutes. Close to baseball stadiums, gulf courses, 5 minutes to either beautiful downtown Dunedin or Palm Harbor. 20 minutes from St. Pete's airport, thirty to Tampa airport. Close to the Pinellas Trail. Nice community and very relaxing oasis, tropical landscaping throughout property...overall a great base for your vacation.

After checking out I talked with the owner regarding the issues we had. Some were temporarily beyond his control and the others are being addressed. His concern for the quality of our stay was genuine. House has real 70's charm. A/C worked great. Pool lanai area is super relaxing. Very convenient to Honeymoon and Dunedin. Not needing to run out and buy paper towels, TP, etc. was a nice touch.

We enjoyed our stay especially the garden, porch and pool area. Super location for many activities - parks, beach, nearby towns, restaurants- and walks in the neighborhood. Jeffrey is very prompt in communications. Glad we had the opportunity to stay in the area.

Palm Harbor Stay

Our stay at Jeffrey's place was great and he was very responsive. Great location! There are a lot of things to do in the area....great beaches, restaurants and bars, parks, and the Pinellas Trail! We love walking the beach on the Dunedin Causeway and Honeymoon Island, and haging out in Downtown Dunedin too!

Perfect Location with a nice pool

Jeff's place is super nice and in the perfect location. The landscaping is amazing. Our family used the pool every day and we fished every morning off the causeway, which is only a 5-minute drive. We will be returning. Book now, before we do!

Much needed vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! This home is in a GREAT location to access practically any activity within 30 mins. From so many beautiful beaches, quaint and quirky little towns to Tampa. Spent most evenings sitting in the lanai and by the pool…very relaxing!! The owner is super nice! Thank you for everything!!
