Minutes from the beach is this fully renovated home with brand-new furniture. Enjoy an extra-large backyard with a Hot Tub, heated pool & swim-up bar, plus a bonfire pit! Relax in the sunny Florida sunroom or park in the private double garage. Located in a quiet neighborhood, just minutes from Honeymoon Island and shopping centers. Strict no parties or events policy. Perfect for families and small groups seeking a peaceful, luxury getaway. Heated Pool (Optional):
Pool heating is available upon request for an additional fee of $30 per day to help cover energy costs. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you’d like the pool heated. -Pets welcome for additional fees (please clean after your pets)
-No loud noise past 10PM!! (Please be respectful of neighbors)
-For everyone’s safety, only confirmed guests allowed
-No lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk, no diving on pool. Children must be accompanied by an adult. -The home is privately owned: Host is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or illness to any guest that arises while on premises

The host was welcoming and communicated promptly. The house was clean and inviting. The hot tub was a nice addition. The only thing that would have been better would be to have tvs in the bedrooms. Other than that everything was great. We would definitely stay again and recommend this home to large party’s or families.

The house was wonderful, with plenty of room for 6 adults. We didn't get a chance to use the pool or hot tub because we were so busy. In the 2 of the bathrooms the plug didn't work I messaged Nik and he was there within minutes. I would recommend this house for sure and if we came down again , this would be the place. Convenient to many places.

It was obvious that a lot of care was taken in the decoration. The set up it was just beautiful. The pool was perfect actually hot tub gray. Everything was immaculate even though it rained so we couldn’t use the fire pit. We still had a good time. It is something I will do again might bring more people with me next time, but it was everything. I hoped it would be. Communication with VRBO and the homeowner was spot on and immediate. You couldn’t ask for anything better.

Overall this property was a very good value for the price. The weather was too cold to enjoy the heated pool but the hot tub made up for it and was quite enjoyable in that weather. The house has a nice, comfortable screened in lanai. However, the property behind the house, which is very close to the pool area, does have a dog and it would consistently bark, scratch and push on the wood privacy fence when we let our dog out. Even keeping our dog away from the fence theirs would still bark almost non-stop. Other than the barking issue, the property has a huge yard and is otherwise perfect for people traveling with pets.

This place is put together and clean. My family has been here twice and we love it. The property is between Tampa and Clearwater with so many parks and nature trails. They are an amazing host and I cannot wait to come back.

I paid 200 for a heated pool that wasn’t heated and couldn’t due my exercising for therapy the water was 70 degrees there was a barking dog out back that barked 24/7 very annoying! There was an ant problem in the bathroom and kitchen! The floors in kitchen and dining room had parts tore up with sharp edges they hurt our feet We don’t wear shoes in the house I spoke to the owner about pool and he did nothing about the heat so I should be able to get my 200. Back for nit being able to use the amenities
