Pros: The house was very clean, looked newly renovated, and was nicely decorated. New appliances, dishes, flooring, etc. Pool was a bit chilly (was there April 1-7), but felt great after a round of golf. Carlos communicated very well and was always available if there was an issue.Some cons: Had new fry pans, but didn't have any baking pans. We could have used more towels. It's also not the best neighborhood, but the house felt secure.Overall, we had a great stay and would come back again.

The house was extremely clean on arrival. You could tell the house was recently remodeled and mostly everything was new. The host was very attentive and responded very quickly to all our questions and requests. For example when the 7 of us arrived to 12 towels that were kind of ratty and old the host immediately suggested the maid come back out and give us more towels. However when questioned on why there were only 2 wash clothes for entire house, we were told, that’s all they typically provide. I suggest 2 per guest. The kitchen is nice and as far as pots and pans, it’s very sufficient. I would suggest more hand towels and towels to wash and wipe down counters. I would also suggest if you’re going to require guests to start dishwasher before leaving, you provide at least a couple dishwasher pods. The livingroom was nice and tv was nice but there is not enough seating for the amount of guests you can sleep and seating is very uncomfortable.The pool and area around the pool is very aesthetically pleasing, and if there is a way to heat it, it would be ever better. Overall all the stay was bearable and extremely clean. It seems that whoever rents it is very new to owning short term rentals and if that’s the case, I hope you listen to renters and change for the good. If this is a company that owns many rentals, stop being cheap and buy more towels of EVERY kind and provide ALL of them and not 2 per guest! You have a pool and a spa, provide triple the towels and soap to wash

The layout, furniture, and seating capacity are accurately shown in the listing photos so guests can clearly see how the living room and the rest of the home are set up before booking. Regarding towels, we do provide them according to our house policy outlined in the listing. As this is a private short-term rental and not a hotel, owners set their own guidelines, but we always try to be helpful—just as we offered to send our cleaner back with additional towels during your stay. We also appreciate your suggestions about additional washcloths, kitchen towels, and dishwasher pods, and we will take them into consideration as we continue improving the guest experience.
